Sana'a - Saba:

The level of the great impact of the Yemeni military operations on the Israeli enemy and the strategic results they achieve is no longer hidden, most notably the collapse of the concept of collective security in the enemy entity, as well as the great embarrassment they caused to the US Navy, which lost its prestige after it was like a big stick and the first force of the United States.

In terms of the immediate results achieved by these operations against the Israeli enemy, each operation leads to the sound of sirens in more than half of the area of occupied Palestine and in its heart "Tel Aviv" and the escape of half of the settlers to shelters, and it also makes the Zionist herds in a state of anxiety and anticipation of any attack, especially in the last hours of the night.

On the strategic level, the Yemeni operations succeeded - thanks to Allah - in collapse of the concept of collective security in the Israeli enemy entity, as it proves day after day the failure of the air defense systems with their multiple layers, including the American THAAD system that the United States sent to address the failure of other Israeli systems.

In recent days, the Israeli entity has tried to use more than one interceptor missile from the Arrow system to confront a single Yemeni missile, but it did not succeed. It resorted to the THAAD system, which costs more than twenty million dollars per missile, but it failed miserably as the Yemeni missiles reached deep into the occupied Palestinian territories.

In parallel with the failure of air defenses, the speed of the Yemeni missiles undermines the importance of the early warning network that the United States of America built with the countries of the region in order to protect the entity, as the period between the launch of the missiles and their arrival at their targets is not sufficient for the Zionist settlers to move safely to shelters, and as a result, there is a stampede at the entrances to the shelters, and the enemy officially acknowledges the fall of victims as a result of this stampede.

In addition to this, the failure of deterrence comes, so that the Zionist community in occupied Palestine loses confidence in the ability of the occupation entity to protect it and provide it with security, which has encouraged the Zionists to migrate in reverse.

Economically, and contrary to the entity’s desire to normalize the situation, the continuation of Yemeni operations has reinforced the loss of confidence among investors in the safety of investing in the territories occupied by the entity, prevented the return of many airlines to Lod Airport (Ben Gurion), and reinforced the deterioration of the tourism sector, which is considered an important resource for the enemy.

Regarding the effectiveness and impact of the Yemeni military operations and the psychological warfare they constitute against the Zionist enemy, the Israeli and American media describe the Yemeni missile launches in the late night and early morning hours as "a sophisticated strategic tool designed to create a state of cumulative psychological exhaustion, as each operation works to intensify the feeling of anxiety and weakness."

As much as these operations achieve military goals, they have become a psychological war that undermines the sense of security and increases the sense of threat among the Zionists, and also works to undermine the relationship between the public and its leadership, and increase internal criticism of the failure of the enemy's leadership to achieve security for the Israelis.

According to the newspaper "Israel Today", Israel believed at the beginning of last December that it would be free of air raid sirens, loud objections and their deadly effects that have become a continuous torment since October 7, 2023 AD, but the missiles and aircraft coming from Yemen dispelled this dream, especially after the escalation of long-range, high-powered missile attacks to match the severity and breadth of the threat posed by the resistance operations in Lebanon.

Despite its distance from Israel, Yemen has proven that it has become a real threat and a stubborn opponent to Israel, and that it maintains the existence of a major front against it.

In this context, the American "Associated Press" agency confirms that the launch of missiles from Yemen poses a threat to the Israeli economy, as it prevents many foreign airlines from flying to the entity, and prevents it from reviving the severely damaged tourism industry, and has led to the closure of the port of Eilat, and has forced ships heading to it to take a longer and more expensive route around Africa.

It pointed out that Israel faces a major challenge due to the distance to Yemen and the high costs required for any air missions in light of the limited results that can be achieved, especially after Yemen has gained a lot of experience over the years of fighting against the Saudi-led coalition in how to recover from airstrikes.

As for the American "Wall Street Journal" newspaper, it confirms that Yemen has become a unique security challenge for Israel due to its distance from it, and the lack of intelligence information about it, while retaliatory airstrikes cause counterproductive results and do not lead to stopping the attacks, just as the US-led coalition failed.

According to the testimony of the "Israeli National Security Studies Institute", the Yemeni military operations, especially recently, have increased pressure on the Israeli government to stop its military campaign in the Gaza Strip, while Israeli reports indicate that more than 882 Israelis were injured while fleeing to shelters during the war.

As a result, the Israeli enemy is facing a deterrence crisis, which made it admit its failure to deal with Yemen and the lack of viable options, and that it has become like a drowning man trying to cling to a straw, so sometimes they talk about "the need for an international coalition from America and some countries in the region, and other times that America and its coalition have failed and that the solution comes in mobilizing mercenaries from within Yemen, and a third time they say that it is necessary to wait until the arrival of US President Trump, because Biden was not firm enough towards Yemen" as they claim in their media.

Regarding the effectiveness of the Yemeni front, the enemy's media indicate that despite Yemen being about two thousand kilometers away, they were able to harass Israel from afar, and the Yemenis have proven their ability to resist the West's attempts to silence them and not submit to any military, economic or other pressures.

According to the Israeli Institute for National Security Studies, the challenge posed by Yemen requires Israel to recognize that the distance and operational difficulties mean that there is no "quick fix" to the air campaign launched by Israel on Yemen, indicating that this "requires that the response be comprehensive and not left to Israel alone, in addition to building strong intelligence capabilities and increasing its presence in the Bab al-Mandab Strait area," it claimed.

Israeli officials are strongly critical of the US administration, and believe that it is impossible to defeat Yemen, indicating that Israel is the one paying the price. They call on the United States to adopt a more aggressive policy against Yemen, even using humanitarian aid as a means of war.

Quoting an Israeli intelligence source, the British newspaper "The Telegraph" reported that Israel was struggling to gather information about Yemen, which it believed did not pose a threat to it, until the October 7 attacks came to prove otherwise. It confirmed that intelligence gathering is now "starting from scratch."

The newspaper revealed the existence of cooperation between the Zionist entity and the so-called "legitimate" government, which can provide Israel with very useful sources and information.

The enemy is trying through such statements to justify its failure in the face of the solidity of the Yemeni position, otherwise the Yemeni arena has been a priority for it since the outbreak of the September 21 revolution, when Netanyahu expressed that and its role in the aggression against Yemen was clear.

The Israeli enemy has also had a great interest in Yemen since the sixties of the last century and occupied the Yemeni island of Zuqar in the early seventies, and sent spies to Yemen during that period, as it considered control of the Bab al-Mandab Strait a strategic priority, and the United States played a major role in achieving Israeli interests through its guardianship of Yemen before the September 21 revolution.

In light of the state of Zionist confusion, statements emerge from time to time by many of its former officials and leaders who try to blame Iran, and believe that bombing Yemen will not help, but rather the bombing should be directed towards Iran, but they quickly say the opposite at other times, in a clear contradiction that reveals the state of failure that the enemy has reached.

Others believe that Israel should build a regional alliance led by the United States with the Gulf states, including Saudi Arabia and the Emirates, which may require it to make difficult concessions with the Palestinians, which means that Israel should involve Saudi Arabia and the Emirates in a war that they have no interest in.

On the American level, a year after the American aggression on Yemen, which aimed to stop Yemeni support for Gaza, this aggression has also turned into a predicament for America and is now affecting its image that it has established for decades as a dominant force on the seas of the world.

It is no longer limited to the failure of the US Navy to stop the Yemeni military operations, but also to its heavy losses in terms of material and readiness to fight in any other battle, in addition to its loss of prestige, which was considered the big stick and the first and basic force of the United States.

So far, American aircraft carriers have been subjected to six attacks by the Yemeni armed forces, three of which targeted the aircraft carrier "USS Harry Truman", which was something that the US Navy did not expect, as its leaders said that "when they came, their goal was to show force in order to deter others from supporting Gaza".

The Red Sea has become a complex for America, to the point that it has come to prefer silence and denial of the targeting operations it is exposed to at the hands of the Mujahideen of the Yemeni armed forces.

American officials describe the situation of the Navy as exhausted and its ability to deter is eroding, and long-term deployments like in the Red Sea affect soldiers, cause more errors, reduce the life of warships, and extend their maintenance period.

The Americans have also begun to avoid talking about the repeated downing of "MQ-9" aircraft because this matter has become a scandal for them, as the repeated targeting of aircraft carriers and the repeated downing of "MQ-9" aircraft represent a downing of the elements of superiority in America's weapons and military technology.

In her description of the naval battle with Yemen, former Deputy Director of National Intelligence in the Trump administration, Beth Sanner, says that the US mission to deter and weaken the Yemeni forces has not succeeded, as Yemeni military operations continue at a high pace against the US Navy and against Israel. She points out that the cost incurred by the United States is great, and has not undermined Yemen’s operations, but rather that US military readiness and reputation are eroding.

Last August, US Navy Commander George Wikoff confirmed that US defensive efforts and strikes will not deter the Yemeni forces, and said: “The solution will not come with a weapons system.” He pointed out that Israeli threats will not end the operations carried out by the Yemenis, who have become, after nearly a decade of bombing from Saudi Arabia, fortified and more capable of absorbing intensive attacks.

Wikoff points out that “Yemen can continue its drone and missile attacks and withstand counterattacks indefinitely, while the United States burns billions of dollars and years of production of scarce ammunition that will be necessary to wage a war in the Pacific.”

“Washington is spending $570 million a month on a mission that has failed to move the needle on the threat, and these operations have drained readiness by forcing U.S. Navy ships and aircraft carriers to extend deployments, leading to time-consuming repairs, shrinking the available fleet, and shortening the life of ships.

Staff burnout risks mistakes, and the campaign has failed to attract support from most allies and partners or achieve its stated goal, leaving Washington looking impotent at best,” according to the U.S. Naval Institute.

For more than half of 2024, the scene for sailors aboard the U.S. aircraft carrier Dwight D. Eisenhower or one of its associated destroyers has been largely the same: water, extreme heat, drones, anti-ship ballistic missiles, and most of the winter and spring have seen near-daily attacks from Yemen that have included U.S. Navy destroyers as targets.
