Ibb - Saba:
Secretary-General of the Local Council in Ibb province Amin al-Warafi on Wednesday opened the modern Noor al-Hayat Hospital in Ibb city, which cost 600 million Y.R.
Al-Warafi, accompanied by province undersecretary for Health Affairs Dr. Ashraf al-Mutawakil, listened to an explanation from the Director of the Hospital, Najib Jarban, about the components of the hospital and the medical services it provides, as well as the equipment in its various departments.
Ibb Secretary-General of the Local Council expressed his hope that the hospital would be a tributary to the health sector, and contribute to absorbing medical outputs from colleges and institutes in the governorate.
He urged the hospital administration to take into account the difficult circumstances of society and contribute effectively to providing medical services to the families of martyrs, the wounded and prisoners, the poor and the needy.
While Ibb undersecretary stressed the importance of the role of the private sector in supporting official efforts in providing basic services to citizens, especially health services, in a way that alleviates their suffering under the current circumstances.
