Hajjah University held a stand on Wednesday to express solidarity with the Palestinian people and denounce the ongoing Israeli aggression in Gaza.
The event, led by university leadership, deans, and academics, emphasized the Yemeni people's continued support for the Palestinian resistance and their commitment to standing against the Zionist crimes.
Participants condemned the aggression committed by Israel, including mass killings and starvation, backed by American and European support, and criticized the silence of Arab and Islamic nations.
The participants reaffirmed Yemen’s unwavering position in support of Palestine and its readiness to fight for justice and the defense of the nation’s sanctities.
The university members praised the military actions of the Yemeni armed forces, which have targeted Israeli and American warships, and expressed solidarity with the Palestinian people's steadfast resistance despite ongoing massacres.
A statement issued at the event called for continued mobilization to confront any potential escalation from the American-Zionist-British alliance, pledging support for Palestine and Yemen’s defense.
The statement also praised the leadership and military forces for their efforts to pressure Israel into negotiations.
