Beijing-Saba:
Chinese Foreign Ministry spokesman Guo Jia Kun confirmed today, Thursday, that Beijing welcomes the ceasefire agreement in Gaza, and hopes that the relevant parties can seize this opportunity to calm the situation in the region.
"Guo Jia Kun" said in a statement: China also hopes to effectively implement the agreement, in order to achieve a comprehensive and permanent ceasefire in Gaza.
He added: China will continue its efforts to provide humanitarian relief, and help in the reconstruction of Gaza after the war.
