The Ministry of Social Affairs and Labor, in coordination with the National Center for Capacity Building, launched the first phase of a training program based on the lectures of the Leader of the Revolution, Sayyed Abdul-Malik Badr al-Din al-Houthi, on the Document of the Covenant of Imam Ali - peace be upon him - to Malik al-Ashtar.
The program, which lasts for a week, targets 65 participants from undersecretaries and general managers in the ministry and social welfare funds.
The Minister of Social Affairs, Samir Bajaala, stressed the importance of the document as an administrative reference that provides standards and controls for managing state affairs, calling on participants to interact to achieve the best performance in positions of responsibility.
The head of the National Center for Capacity Building, Yahya al-Mahqari, reviewed the program’s axes that address the faith foundations and administrative standards in the document, while Dr. Ali Mughli, Executive Director of the Fund for the Care and Rehabilitation of the Disabled, indicated that the document represents a constitution rich in administrative principles and values, stressing the role of the cadre in the ministry in implementing it to serve the most needy groups.
