Gaza - Saba:
Zaher Jabarin, a senior Hamas leader, announced on Thursday evening that the movement would deliver the names of the Israeli captives to be released in the second batch on Friday. The release is scheduled for Saturday and will include four female captives.
In televised remarks, Jabarin stated:
"We will hand over the names of four Israeli captives to the mediators tomorrow as part of the second batch. Starting Saturday, our people in Gaza will be allowed to move from the south to the north."
He clarified that vehicle inspections in Netzarim will be conducted under Qatari and Egyptian supervision.
Regarding the management of the Rafah crossing, Jabarin emphasized:
"During the negotiations, we insisted that the administration of the Rafah crossing remain a Palestinian-Egyptian matter."
On the second phase of the agreement and Gaza reconstruction, Jabarin mentioned that negotiations for the second phase of the ceasefire agreement will begin in two weeks. The mechanisms for reconstruction will be discussed in the third phase, with mediators guaranteeing its implementation.
The return of displaced individuals is set to begin on Saturday, marking the seventh day of the ceasefire agreement, which came into effect last Sunday at 8:30 AM.
Details on Returning to Northern Gaza

- Freedom of movement between southern and northern Gaza will also be restored, with vehicles permitted to return northward along the Netzarim axis after inspections.
- On the twenty-second day of the agreement, displaced individuals will be allowed to return northward via Salah Al-Din Street without inspections.
Hamas and the Palestinian resistance are scheduled to hand over the second batch of Israeli captives—four female captives—on Saturday.
