Sana'a - Saba:
On Thursday, for the 468th consecutive day, the Zionist enemy army continues its "genocidal" war on Gaza Strip, committing all methods of killing, destruction and displacement, leaving tens of thousands of martyrs, wounded and missing, despite the announcement of a ceasefire agreement that will begin on Sunday.

For the 104th consecutive day, northern Gaza is under Zionist siege , starvation amid heavy aerial , artillery bombardment, and the complete isolation of the northern governorate from Gaza.

Medical sources in Gaza Strip announced that the death toll has risen to 46,788 martyrs and 110,453 injured, the majority of them children and women, since the start of the aggression on October 7, 2023.

Gaza Civil Defense stated that the enemy killed 80 citizens, including 20 children , 25 women, and injured more than 230 since the announcement of the ceasefire agreement.

Four martyrs were killed and more than 30 wounded when the enemy shelled a shelter at Al-Falah School, which houses displaced people in Gaza's Zeitoun neighborhood.

About 50 civilians were killed during the night in a series of massacres between Al-Jalaa Street, Sheikh Radwan neighborhood, Al-Rimal, and Al-Shaabiya roundabout.

Three civilians were injured when a group of citizens were targeted at Halabi roundabout in Jabalia, northern Gaza Strip.

The Zionist enemy aircraft bombed a house belonging to Al-Barsh family in Jabalia al-Balad in the northern Gaza Strip.

The human rights defender Raafat Salha was martyred from wounds sustained yesterday in a Zionist raid on a house south of Deir al-Balah, which also led to the martyrdom of his wife and four children.

On Thursday afternoon, two martyrs were killed and injured in a Zionist shell that targeted a house in the Block C area in Nuseirat, in the center of Gaza Strip.

The Zionist enemy committed eight massacres against families in Gaza Strip, of which 81 martyrs and 188 injuries reached hospitals during the past 24 hours.

Later, Gaza Civil Defense spokesman Mahmoud Basal confirmed that nearly 10,000 martyrs in Gaza Strip are still under the rubble of the houses targeted by the enemy since October 7, 2023.

According to the spokesman, crews need 100 days to retrieve the martyrs from under the rubble of the destroyed houses.

He stressed that the priority is to restore water and electricity plants once the ceasefire is implemented.

The United Nations estimates that about 90 percent of the population has been displaced from their houses at least once, while the massive destruction has forced many to live in tents. About 65 percent of buildings have been destroyed, along with more than 70 percent of roads , streets, and more than 40 million tons of debris.

The United Nations announced on Thursday that the reconstruction of Gaza's destroyed houses could take up to 2040.

The UN estimates that the reconstruction process could cost more than $80 billion, while debris removal remains one of the most difficult obstacles facing this process, especially since about 70 percent of Gaza's houses were damaged ranging from total to partial destruction, in addition to damage to hospitals, schools and other infrastructure.

In a UN report released last October, the cost of removing more than 42 million tons of rubble alone was estimated at more than $1 billion.

The report emphasized that the process is complex and could take years due to the presence of unexploded bombs, mines and missiles, as well as contaminated , dangerous materials and bodies still buried under the rubble

The UN said that rebuilding destroyed houses could take until at least 2040, and could extend for several decades if the pace of reconstruction continues at the same slow pace as previous wars in Gaza.

The effects of the war have also taken a heavy toll on the agricultural sector, which is the main source of food for Gaza's population.

Satellite imagery analyzed by the United Nations showed that more than half of the agricultural land vital for food production has been degraded by the war.

Qatar's Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Mohammed bin Abdulrahman Al Thani announced on Wednesday evening that a ceasefire agreement had been reached between Palestinian resistance factions and the Zionist enemy in Gaza Strip after 15 months of a war in which the enemy committed genocide and thousands of massacres, met with fierce resistance until the last breath.

After marathon negotiations, a ceasefire agreement was announced on Wednesday evening, providing for a phased withdrawal of Zionist forces from Gaza Strip, leading to a full withdrawal.

The Qatari prime minister explained that the first phase of the agreement lasts for 42 days and includes the release of 33 Zionist detainees in exchange for a number of Palestinian prisoners.

Since October 7, 2023, enemy forces have been committing genocide in Gaza, leaving more than 157,000 Palestinians martyred and injured, most of them children and women, and more than 11,000 missing, amid massive destruction and famine that killed dozens of children and the elderly, in one of the world's worst humanitarian disasters.
