The Ibb University Tender Committee approved in its meeting today, headed by the university president, Dr. Nasr Al-Hajili, a tender to supply equipment for the Clinical Skills Laboratory at the Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences with self-financing.
It also approved the tender documents for completing the finishing works of the third floor of the Faculty of Medicine building, as well as the tender for supplying equipment and furniture for the office wings.
The Tender Committee discussed a number of topics related to purchasing and supplying the pharmacy laboratory, and approved the formation of a technical committee of specialists to raise the specifications for laboratory equipment in preparation for completing the tender procedures.
In the meeting, Dr. Al-Hajili stressed the importance of strengthening the university's infrastructure, noting that supplying equipment for the Clinical Skills Laboratory represents an important step in developing the educational process at the Faculty of Medicine.
He pointed out that completing the finishing of the third floor of the Faculty of Medicine building confirms the university's keenness to enhance the faculty's capacity to accommodate more students and provide distinguished educational services, noting that these steps come within a strategic plan to improve medical education at the university.
