Sana'a - Saba:
Two training courses in the field of coffee roasting concluded in Sana'a on Monday, as part of the preparations for the National Day of Yemeni Coffee, as part of efforts to develop the capabilities of specialists and enhance the quality of the national product.
The two week-long courses, organized by the General Organization for Coffee Development and Marketing, aimed to train and qualify 20 male and female trainees from cadres working in some of the concerned authorities and institutions related to coffee, provide them with skills and knowledge in the field of tasting and roasting coffee.
At the conclusion, the CEO of the Foundation, Mana Al-Asal, pointed out the importance of such courses in qualifying specialized cadres capable of highlighting Yemeni coffee in local and international markets.
He called on the government, the private sector and the community to actively participate in the National Yemeni Coffee Day and the Sana'a International Coffee Exhibition, emphasizing the promotion of this product and enhancing its status at the local and international levels.
