Hodeida - Saba:
A five-day training course on the local resources development system began on Monday at the Hodeida province.
The course, organized by the local authority through the Information Center in coordination with the Ministry of Administration and Local and Rural Development, aims to enhance the skills of 14 financial resources personnel.
The training focuses on efficient local resource management, collection mechanisms, and financial control to improve transparency and accuracy in financial and administrative operations.
Province undersecretary for services affairs Mohammed Halisi emphasized that the course is part of the local authority's efforts to develop resources and improve the financial cadre's efficiency. He highlighted that the local resources development system will enhance collection and financial management, leading to increased local revenues and their optimal use in development and service projects.
Director of Financial and Administrative Affairs Issa Shuaib explained that the system's implementation will improve financial transparency and streamline collection and monitoring processes. He urged participants to maximize their learning and apply the system practically to achieve optimal results in local resource development.
The training program includes theoretical lectures and practical applications on the system's operational mechanisms, financial data analysis, and methods for improving local revenues and administrative efficiency, contributing to financial sustainability
