The Head of the Judicial Inspection Authority, Judge Dr. Marwan Al-Mahaqri, today inspected the progress of the shift during the judicial holiday for the holy month of Ramadan at the Court of Appeal and its affiliated primary courts in Hodeidah Governorate.
During the visit, the Head of Inspection met with the on-duty judges at the Court of Appeal, Tawfiq Al-Wusabi, Ahmed Al-Salmi, and Ali Al-Hakim, as well as at the Primary Courts, Abdul Rahim Al-Ahdal and Ibrahim Jawwan.
He listened to an explanation of the work mechanisms, the nature of urgent cases being heard during the judicial holiday, the level of progress, and the treatment of prisoners pending civil rights enforcement cases.
Judge Al-Mahqari toured the court departments and offices, reviewing the level of work, case registration, and filing, as well as the facilitation of procedures and necessary requirements. He also listened to a number of citizens' complaints and issued necessary instructions.
The head of the Judicial Inspection Authority emphasized the need for discipline during shifts, facilitating litigation procedures, and continuing to consider urgent cases and adjudicate them quickly.
He pointed out the interest and commitment of the revolutionary and political leadership in supporting the efforts of the judiciary in resolving cases, especially those that are stalled and delayed, and bringing justice closer to citizens and all that society aspires to in terms of prompt justice.
