American Aggression targets Oncology Hospital in Saada for second time

Saada – SABA:

Today, American warplanes once again targeted Al-Rasool Al-Azam Oncology Hospital in Saada province, marking the second attack on the facility in a blatant violation of all international and humanitarian laws.

A security source in Saada told the Yemeni News Agency (SABA) that the American aggression targeted the hospital for the second time, leading to its destruction. This comes just days after the same hospital was hit by multiple airstrikes.

The Human Rights Sector in Saada province has renewed its condemnation of the continued American aggression against Al-Rasool Al-Azam Oncology Hospital.

It emphasized that targeting civilian facilities constitutes a flagrant violation of all international and humanitarian laws and treaties, holding the United States fully responsible for attacking civilian sites and infrastructure.

A few days earlier, American forces had deliberately launched 13 airstrikes on the hospital, causing extensive destruction and catastrophic damage to its vital facilities.

The Cancer Control Fund also condemned the American attack on Al-Rasool Al-Azam Cancer Hospital in Saada.

The fund called on the international community, human rights organizations, Islamic countries, and all free people of the world to take a firm stance against this barbaric aggression and to act urgently to prevent the continuation of such crimes, which are part of the ongoing policies of genocide carried out by the United States and Israel in the region.

It further asserted that this crime is part of a systematic American plan targeting the Yemeni people for years through bombings and a suffocating blockade, which has led to worsening health conditions and the spread of deadly diseases, particularly cancer. The disease has proliferated due to the use of internationally banned weapons since 2015.
