The Israeli army revealed on Tuesday that more than 70 of its soldiers have had their limbs amputated since the beginning of the war on the Gaza Strip as a result of the fighting.
It stated that 37% of soldiers' injuries in the war were to the limbs, and nine% to internal organs. Nine% of soldiers' injuries were to the ear, seven% to the spine, two% to the eye, and two% to the head.
The enemy has waged a violent war on the Gaza Strip, killing more than 50,082 people and wounding 113,408 since October 7, 2023.
