Al-Jawf - Saba:
The Khabb wa Ash Sha'af Axis in Al-Jawf held a celebration honoring those proficient in Quranic recitation, in recognition of the sacredness of the Quran and the blessings of Ramadan.
The event, attended by Major General Jamil Zar’ah, commander of the Sixth Military Region, featured recitations by skilled Quran readers from the Khabb wa Ash Sha'af Axis.
Participants emphasized their commitment to the memorization, recitation, and application of the Quran, considering it a guiding light against adversaries. They highlighted the importance of Quranic education, urging continuous learning to protect the nation from external conspiracies.
Discussions also touched on global hegemonic threats against the Arab and Islamic world, asserting that Yemen has moved past foreign dominance and is currently engaged in a sacred battle against the U.S., Israel, and their regional allies, in support of Palestine and Gaza.
The event concluded with the honoring of distinguished Quran readers by the commander of the Sixth Military Region.
