The Islamic Jihad Movement in Palestine condemned, on Friday, the Arab and international silence regarding the massacres and war of extermination perpetrated by the enemy against the Palestinian people in Gaza and the occupied West Bank, under the supervision, funding, and cover of successive US administrations.
The movement stated that this silence is a betrayal of all divine laws and all humanitarian and moral principles, and increases the severity of the wounds of the Palestinians who are facing the killing machine with unshakable pride.
In a press statement marking International Quds Day and Land Day, the movement affirmed its full confidence and certainty that the plans of the enemy government and the Trump administration to tear apart the fabric of the Palestinian people, leading to their displacement and expulsion from their homeland, through massacres, killing, and starvation, will fail, God willing.
The Palestinian people, who have persevered for more than 15 months in the face of the bloody killing machine, will not submit to plans that reflect the failure and impotence of the entity on the ground.
The movement called on the people of the Arab and Islamic nation, and the free people of the world, to commemorate International Quds Day as an expression of solidarity with the blood of children and women spilled in the streets of Gaza and the occupied West Bank, and to break the silence regarding the ongoing Nazi brutality perpetrated by the usurping entity's government headed by the war criminal, Benjamin Netanyahu, wanted by the International Criminal Court.
The movement said: "We extend our highest salute and respect to all those who have stood by and supported the Palestinian people in confronting the war of extermination, and we especially mention the dear Yemeni people, who stand tall in the face of American aggression, in recognition of their courageous stance in support of the oppressed people of Gaza. We also extend our salute and appreciation to the Islamic Republic of Iran, its people, government, and leadership, for their steadfastness in confronting American threats, in recognition of their principled stances.
We also extend our salute and appreciation to our brothers in Hezbollah, who have offered, and continue to offer, everything precious and valuable in support of our cause and our people."
The Islamic Jihad Movement also affirmed that the resistance forces in Palestine will remain loyal to the issue of the prisoners, which is the issue of every Palestinian home and family, and to the souls of the oppressed martyrs, including women, children, civilians, medical and media personnel, and to the blood of the martyrs, foremost among them the great leaders, Mujahid Ismail Haniyeh, Mujahid Yahya Sinwar, Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah, Sayyed Hashem Safi al-Din, Mujahid Abdul Aziz al-Minawi, and all the other martyrs who ascended on the path to Quds, in all arenas.
