Taiz - Saba:
A meeting in Taiz Governorate, chaired by Deputy Governor Abdul-Wasea Al-Shamsi, discussed the formation of a preparatory committee for the Jabal Habashi Agricultural Cooperative Society. During the meeting, Ismail Muhammad was elected as chairman of the committee, Muhammad Bajash as his deputy, and Abdul-Rahman Muath as financial officer.
Officials emphasized the importance of activating cooperative societies to support the agricultural sector, reduce reliance on imports, and achieve self-sufficiency. They also emphasized raising community awareness of the role of cooperatives in achieving local development and enhancing agricultural production.
The local authorities affirmed their support for the work of the preparatory committee and providing the necessary facilities to ensure the project's success.
