Sana’a – SABA:
Minister of Defense Major General Mohammed al-Atifi and Chief of Staff Major General Mohammed al-Ghumari sent congratulatory cables to the President of the Supreme Political Council, Field Marshal Mahdi al-Mashat, and members of the Supreme Political Council, on the occasion of Eid al-Fitr.
The cable expressed their warmest congratulations on this occasion, praying to God to bring goodness and victory to Yemen and the Islamic nation. The cable emphasized Yemen's steadfastness in the face of aggression and its unwavering commitment to supporting the Palestinian cause, especially Gaza, despite American challenges and pressure.
It also emphasized the continued commitment of the armed forces to confront aggression and defend the homeland, emphasizing that Yemen will remain a graveyard for the greedy and that there will be no stability for the Zionist enemy unless it halts its aggression, allows aid into Gaza, or confronts the "Yemeni Flood."
At the end of the cable, the military leaders renewed their pledge to continue jihad and resistance until victory is achieved, thanking the revolutionary leadership for its continued support for the armed forces.
