The President of the General People's Congress, Sadiq Amin Abu Ras, sent a congratulatory telegram to the Leader of the Revolution, Sayyed Abdulmalik Badr al-Din Al-Houthi, on the occasion of Eid al-Fitr 1446 AH.
In his telegram, on behalf of the Congress leadership and its allies in the National Democratic Alliance, Abu Ras expressed congratulations on this religious occasion, asking God to accept good deeds during the month of Ramadan. He also called for adherence to the values of tolerance and dialogue promoted by the Islamic faith, emphasizing the Congress's position in defending Yemen's unity and sovereignty and its support for the Palestinian cause in the face of Zionist aggression.
He concluded his congratulations by praying for mercy for the martyrs, a speedy recovery for the wounded, and freedom for the prisoners. He hoped that the next Eid would come with victory for Yemen and Palestine.
