Gaza – Saba:
The Islamic Resistance Movement (Hamas) condemned, on Sunday, the Israeli Cabinet's approval of a settlement project on Saturday to pave strategic roads aimed at strengthening the connection between settlements and isolating Palestinian towns around the Ma'ale Adumim settlement from occupied Jerusalem.
The movement said in a statement: "The occupation's continuation of its settlement projects in occupied Jerusalem reveals its malicious intentions and plans to strengthen settlements and push for the displacement of Palestinians from the holy city."
It emphasized that the occupation's liquidation projects will be shattered by the steadfastness of the Palestinian people, their attachment to their land, and their adherence to their rights despite all the sacrifices.
It called on the Palestinian people in occupied Jerusalem and the West Bank to escalate resistance and confrontation in all arenas, and to confront the plans of the occupation and its settlers by all means.
