Gaza - Saba:
The head of the Islamic Resistance Movement (Hamas) in Gaza Strip and head of its negotiating delegation, Khalil al-Haya, announced on Thursday evening that the movement is ready to immediately start comprehensive package negotiations, and that it will not be part of a partial agreement.
In a video speech, according to Safa News Agency, al-Haya said that the comprehensive package negotiations that the movement is ready to start mean the release of all prisoners held by the resistance and an agreed number of Palestinian prisoners in enemy prisons, in exchange for a complete cessation of the war on our people, a complete withdrawal from the Strip, with the start of reconstruction and an end to the siege.
Al-Haya emphasized that Hamas will not be part of passing the policy of Netanyahu and his government, in which he wants partial agreements as a cover for his political agenda, which is based on the continuation of the war of annihilation and starvation, even if the price is the sacrifice of all his prisoners.
The head of Hamas in Gaza emphasized that resistance and its weapons are linked to the existence of the enemy and are a natural right of the Palestinian people and all peoples under occupation.
In his speech, al-Haya explained that the leadership of Hamas and the resistance factions were keen to stop the barbaric aggression and genocidal war on Gaza Strip, and worked for more than a year and a half of painstaking negotiations to achieve this goal until they reached the January 17 agreement with its three phases.
Al-Haya said that Hamas welcomes the position of Adam Boller, the special envoy of US President Trump, to end the prisoner file and the war together, which intersects with the movement's position of readiness to reach a comprehensive agreement on prisoner exchange in one package, in exchange for stopping the war and the enemy's withdrawal from Gaza Strip and reconstruction.
Khalil al-Haya, head of Hamas in Gaza, called on the international community to intervene immediately and exert the necessary pressure to end the unjust siege on Gaza Strip, where more than two million people are being exterminated by starvation, and to provide all the necessities of human life, which is a legitimate right, guaranteed by international law and international humanitarian law, without any restrictions or conditions.
