Dhamar - Saba:
Tribesmen and residents of Jabal Al-Sharq district in Dhamar province organized an armed tribal rally on Sunday to declare a Tribal Honor Pact, a general mobilization, and tribal solidarity in response to escalating threats from the American and Zionist enemy.
During the rally, Dhamar Deputy Governor Ali Atef emphasized the importance of mobilization and readiness to implement directives from the Revolutionary Leadership and the Supreme Political Council, praising the strong response to the call for jihad.
In a speech on behalf of social figures, Deputy Governor Hilal Al-Miqdad affirmed that Yemeni tribes remain an unbreakable rock against enemy plots, possessing the combat skills, equipment, and resolve to confront the Zionist and American enemy and defend Yemen’s unwavering support for the Palestinian people.
He announced the tribes’ readiness to send thousands of fighters to training centers for the General Mobilization Forces, preparing for the "Promised Victory" and holy jihad.
The rally was attended by Dhamar Security Director Brig. Gen. Mohammed Al-Mahdi, along with local, executive, military, and social leaders. District Director Mohsen Shadham stated that the people of Jabal Al-Sharq will remain at the forefront in defending faith, homeland, sovereignty, and dignity.
The Tribal Honor Pact was ratified during the rally, declaring general reconciliation, unity, and the rejection of internal disputes to focus on confronting external aggression targeting Yemen’s land and people.
The document criminalizes any cooperation or espionage with foreign forces, disavows traitors, and calls on security agencies to strike with an iron fist against collaborators under Islamic law, national legislation, and tribal norms.
A statement issued at the rally, read by General Mobilization Official Ahmed Al-Maabari, reaffirmed unwavering support for the Palestinian people and steadfastness in jihad, regardless of sacrifices.
It also renewed the mandate to Revolution Leader Sayyid Abdulmalik Badreddin Al-Houthi to take necessary escalatory decisions in support of Palestine and Yemen’s defense.
The statement condemned Zionist crimes against Palestinians and American escalation, including attacks on civilians, residential areas, and vital infrastructure.
It also praised the Yemeni Armed Forces’ operations in blocking Israeli ships, striking Zionist targets, confronting U.S. carriers and destroyers, downing enemy aircraft, and achieving qualitative advancements in air defense.
