The Security Committee in Sana'a province, led by Governor Abdulbasit al-Hadi, convened on Monday to discuss enhancing preparedness and raising security awareness.
The meeting, attended by the province's General Mobilization Officer, Fayez al-Hanmi, reviewed the roles of general mobilization and the community in supporting security efforts, as well as the role of police stations in building citizen trust.
The committee also addressed community issues, particularly blood feuds and disputes, and approved the formation of a committee to resolve these cases.
Governor al-Hadi emphasized the need to increase preparedness and vigilance among security units and citizens as the nation's first line of defense against enemy plots.
He also stressed collective action and coordination among security units to combat crime and the importance of preserving jihadist spirit through Quranic culture.
Province's security director Brigadier General Mujahid Ayed reviewed measures to enhance resilience against US aggression and the implementation of the emergency and general mobilization plan.
