The Head of the Judicial Inspection Authority, Judge Dr. Marwan Al-Mahaqri, inspected on Monday the workflow at the Balad Rus and Bani Bahlul Primary Courts, as well as the Hamdan Primary Court in Sana'a province.
Judge Al-Mahaqri was briefed by the President of the Sana'a Governorate Court of Appeal, Judge Abdulhamid Al-Sharafi, and the President of the Balad Rus and Bani Bahlul Court, Judge Abdulsalam Al-Ashqari, on the nature of the work and the cases completed.
Judge Al-Mahaqri toured the courtrooms, clerks' offices, information center, and documentation office, stressing the importance of all personnel recognizing their responsibilities and expediting case resolutions to ensure prompt justice.
Accompanied by the President of the Court of Appeal, the Head of the Judicial Inspection Authority also reviewed the workflow at the two courts, the printing of judgments, and assessed their needs, directing efforts to meet them within available resources.
He further examined the level of discipline, case records, and met with a number of citizens, listening to their complaints and instructing that they be resolved in accordance with the law.
