The Head of the Judicial Inspection Authority, Judge Dr. Marwan Al-Mahaqri, inspected the final preparations for the electronic complaints submission system.
During the review, Judge Al-Mahaqri was briefed by the Head of the Data and Information Department at the Authority, Judge Majed Al-Ansi, along with the system’s engineers, on its features, benefits, and how citizens can use it. They also discussed potential technical challenges and the necessary protections to ensure the system’s cybersecurity.
Judge Al-Mahaqri emphasized the importance of intensifying efforts to complete critical tasks and leveraging technology and modern communication methods to engage with the public across various provinces. He highlighted the need to keep pace with the advancements and achievements made by the Authority in delivering prompt justice.
He also pointed out the Judicial Inspection Authority’s commitment to fulfilling its role in various areas, particularly in enhancing judicial performance and expediting case resolutions. This aligns with the directives of the Revolution Leader and the Supreme Political Council to promote stability and establish the foundations of a just state.
