The Islamic Resistance Movement (Hamas) on Tuesday considered the disregard of the international community and its institutions, primarily the UN Security Council, for the Zionist enemy's crimes in Gaza a dangerous precedent, enshrining the logic of arrogance and violating international and humanitarian law.
The movement said in a statement received by the Yemeni News Agency (Saba): The disregard of the international community and its institutions, primarily the UN Security Council, for the humanitarian tragedy and horrific crimes committed daily by the enemy's army, in sound and image, is a dangerous precedent, enshrining the logic of arrogance and violating international and humanitarian law.
With American and European support, the Israeli enemy army has continued to commit genocidal crimes in the Gaza Strip since October 7, 2023. This has resulted in the martyrdom of 59,029 Palestinian civilians, the majority of whom were children and women, and the injury of 142,135 others, as of Monday, in a preliminary toll. Thousands of victims remain under the rubble and on the streets, unable to be reached by ambulances and rescue teams.
