Singapore - Saba:
Gold prices declined during trading on Tuesday, as investors await progress in trade talks before the August 1 deadline.
Spot gold fell 0.2% to $3,386.43 per ounce, after earlier in the session hitting its highest level since June 17.
In other metals, spot silver fell 0.5% to $38.71 per ounce, while platinum rose 0.3% to $1,442.55, and palladium fell 1.3% to $1,250.19 per ounce.
