Dhamar - Saba:
The multipurpose agricultural cooperative associations and local authorities in the districts of Al-Manar, Maghrib Ans, Atmah, Dhuran, and Ans in Dhamar province have begun distributing quantities of cement and diesel provided by the Central Emergency Developmental Interventions Unit to support community initiative projects in these districts.

The total support for the five districts consists of 15,451 bags of cement and 29,069 liters of diesel. This includes:
- 3,456 bags of cement and 9,000 liters of diesel for initiatives in the education and road sectors in Atmah District.
- 2,558 bags of cement and 8,000 liters of diesel for road initiatives in Dhuran District.
- 1,200 bags of cement and 2,400 liters of diesel for road projects in Ans District.
- 7,537 bags of cement and 8,000 liters of diesel for road and education initiatives in Maghrib Ans District.
- 691 bags of cement and 1,669 liters of diesel for road projects in Al-Manar District.

Mohammad Nashwan, the representative of the Central Interventions Unit in Dhamar and Al-Bayda Governorates, explained that the distribution of cement and diesel is part of efforts to encourage and stimulate community initiatives, aiming to achieve comprehensive and sustainable development in the most needy remote areas.

He emphasized the important role of cooperative associations in mobilizing communities to implement service projects, praising the local communities' engagement in adopting and executing these initiatives.

Meanwhile, representatives of the associations highlighted the significance of the support provided by the Central Interventions Unit in motivating communities to continue implementing service and developmental projects. They called for expanding the scope of interventions to cover various fields.
