The district of Al-Qubaytah in Lahj Governorate witnessed two mass rallies and a tribal gathering today under the slogan, "Steadfast with Gaza and Palestine... Rejecting Deception and Betrayal Deals," in solidarity with the Palestinian people and in condemnation of the Zionist genocide and starvation campaign in the Gaza Strip.
Participants in the rallies and the gathering—attended by Governorate Deputy Faisal Al-Faqih, Public Mobilization Official Jamil Al-Soufi, District Director Waheed Al-Khadr, as well as military, security, and social leaders—reaffirmed their continued support for Gaza regardless of the consequences and sacrifices. They also expressed their readiness to engage in the battle of the "Promised Victory and Sacred Jihad" in support of the Palestinian people.
They praised the military operations carried out by the Yemeni Armed Forces against the Zionist enemy, renewing their mandate to the leader, Sayyed Abdul-Malik Badr al-Din al-Houthi, to take any measures he deems appropriate in support of the oppressed in Palestine.
A statement issued at the events asserted that in light of the Zionist crimes in Gaza—backed by the United States and Western powers—reaching unprecedented levels of brutality documented in both image and sound, especially the death of people by starvation, the world now faces a grave test of its humanity. The Islamic nation is being tested in its moral and religious integrity, and the Arab world even more so, in its humanity, Islamic values, and Arab brotherhood.
The statement reaffirmed the Yemeni people's unwavering stance—both officially and popularly, militarily and civilly—and their refusal to be recorded by God among the ranks of the cowardly or the disgraced. Rather, it is a position of faith, humanity, and brotherhood, to be recorded before God and the world.
The participants welcomed the Armed Forces’ announcement of activating the fourth phase of escalation, seeing it as an expression of the deep pain and outrage in people’s hearts. They called on the fighters of the armed forces to implement it against any company affiliated with states that have lost their humanity and continue to deal with the most brutal criminals of this age.
They also warned those who seek to stir chaos and discord—tools of betrayal addicted to humiliation and disgrace—that such acts only aim to weaken Yemen’s stance in confronting the American and Israeli enemies and in supporting the Palestinian cause. The statement described such attempts as a direct attack on the noblest, most honorable, and purest stance held by the Yemeni people toward Gaza, Palestine, and Al-Aqsa.
It stressed that Yemen has sacrificed convoys of martyrs and endured suffering, pain, blockade, and confrontations with many coalitions and armies for the sake of its pro-Palestine position—and it is prepared for even more. Anyone who thinks they can dismantle this honor and dignity or drag Yemen back to a state of submission, betrayal, and surrender to the enemies is only dooming themselves—both in this life and to the lowest depths of Hell in the Hereafter.
The statement concluded by declaring that the Yemeni people and their armed forces are at the highest levels of readiness to confront any conspiracy, aggression, or betrayal. It called on all, both officials and the public, to remain highly vigilant, mobilized, and reliant on God.
