The Chief Judge of the Ibb Court of Appeals, Judge Sari Al-Ajili, conducted an inspection visit today to review operations at several primary courts, including the Eastern Ibb Court, the Public Funds Court, and the Criminal Court.
Judge Al-Ajili was briefed by court presidents and judges on the incoming cases, the scheduling and registration of hearings, and progress in adjudicating cases, as well as the resources needed to improve performance and address ongoing challenges.
He emphasized the importance of resolving backlogged cases from previous years by holding frequent and successive court sessions. He also stressed the responsibility of court presidents and judges to supervise administrative functions, particularly ensuring that officials finalize and print verdicts within the legal timeframe and promptly transfer case files to the prosecution.
Judge Al-Ajili commended the efforts of the judiciary and administrative staff in pursuing justice despite the difficult conditions the country is facing.
