SANA'A, May 25 (Saba) - Speaker of the Parliament Yahya Al-Ra'i sent a congratulatory cable to Speaker of the Argentinian House of Representatives Sergio Tomas Massa.
In the cable, Al-Ra'i congratulated Massa on the occasion of the Argentinian people's celebrations of the National Day.
