SANA'A, May 26 (Saba) - The National Committee for Women has condemned the crime of kidnapping of journalist Naziha al-Junaid by the aggression's mercenaries in Marib city.
The committee considered such kidnapping a flagrant violation of women's rights and freedom of the press.
In a statement, the committee confirmed that this crime, like previous crimes of the mercenaries of aggression, is incompatible with the customs, values , and identity of the Yemeni people, and with international norms and laws.
It called on the United Nations and human rights organizations to carry out their duty toward the crimes of aggression against Yemeni women, pointing out that this crime and other crimes will not be subject to a statute of limitations.
