SANA'A, Sep. 03 (Saba) - Ministry of Interior spokesman Brig. Gen. Abdulkhaleq al-Ajri confirmed on Saturday that the security services arrested the accused of committing the murder of Abdullah al-Kibsi in Dhamar province.
The Security Media Center quoted al-Ajri as saying, "a 45-year-old, Ali Mohammad Ali al-Qahdah, shot dead Abdullah al-Kibsi, who was a former Yemeni parliamentarian, and wounded Muqbil al-Okad.
He pointed out that the crime took place in the capital Sana'a, and the accused fled after committing the crime to Dhamar province.
He added: "The reasons for the crime are due to personal differences between al-Qahdah and al-Kibsi, according to the evidence and confessions of the killer."
