China, Russia, North Korea; terrifying tripartite coalition against West: report
[01/ August/2023]
CAPITALS Aug. 01. 2023 (Saba) - It seems that there is great Western apprehension of forming a trilateral between Russia, China and North Korea and strengthening the comprehensive strategic partnership between these giant countries to coordinate for a new era.

Russia, China and North Korea are seeking separately in this direction, whether through exchanging visits, raising the level of political, economic and military cooperation, or exchanging experiences and technologies in the field of advanced military weapons, according to observers.

The official North Korean News Agency reported last week that North Korean leader Kim Jong Un led a military parade, showing drones and ballistic missiles in the presence of a Russian military delegation led by Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu and a delegation from China.

The agency added North Korea has completed improvement work on the inside of the "North Korea-China Friendship Tower," which was built in honor of the Chinese Volunteer People's Army that fought in the Korean War, on the occasion of the 70th anniversary of the armistice.

It added North Korean leader Kim Jong-un issued direct directions to make improvements, including even new artwork and displays.

A ceremony for the completion of the improvement work was held on June 28, attended by Chairman of the Standing Committee of the Supreme People's Assembly Choe Ryong-hee and Chinese Ambassador to North Korea Wang Yajun.

Ambassador Wang said that the desire of the peoples of the two countries came for continuing development of the lasting friendship between China and North Korea, stressing that no matter how the international and regional situation changes, China seeks to protect, strengthen and develop relations between China and North Korea.

In turn, North Korean Minister of Urban Management Im Kyong-jae said the unity and cooperation between the peoples of North Korea and China embodied in the joint struggle against the allied imperialist forces led by the US imperialists, serves as a vivid example of internationalism.

He added North Korea seeks to consolidate friendly and cooperative relations with China in line with the requirements of the new era.

Observers believe that North Korea is seeking to strengthen the tripartite alliance with China, which is strategically competing with the United States, and the alliance with Russia, which continues the war with Ukraine, in order to confront the alliance between South Korea, the United States and Japan.

North Korea seems to be emphasizing the blood alliance with China by improving the Friendship Tower.

A British newspaper reported that the formation of an alliance between Russia, China and North Korea could have "serious consequences" for the West, while analysts say "Russia's terrifying alliance with China and North Korea will have dire consequences."

The Daily Expressnewspaper quoted analysts as saying "The political move of Russian President Vladimir Putin to strengthen relations between the three countries will allow them to help each other in building military capabilities and promoting economic development, which is of concern to Western governments."

Last week, the Russian Defense Minister arrived at the head of a military delegation to Pyongyang to participate in the celebration of the 70th anniversary of North Korea's victory in the 1950-1953 Korean War.

Russian Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu met North Korean leader Kim Jong Un. They exchanged views on global and regional security.

Earlier, Wang Yi, head of the Office of the Foreign Affairs Commission of the Central Committee, said that relations between Russia and China have withstood major international changes and become more mature.

The most prominent question during the past months was the possibility of establishing a new global alliance capable of confronting the United States, against the background of the major conflicts in which Washington was involved, according to what was stated in the " Vzglyad " Russian newspaper.

A report by "Gevorg Mirzayan", a professor of political science at the Financial University of the Russian government, published by " Vzglyad ", stated that before the start of the military operation in Ukraine, US experts alerted President Joe Biden's administration of the need to choose the enemy, whether it is Russia or China, pointing out that the conflict on two fronts, if not devastating, will cost the United States dearly.

Mirzayan pointed out that Washington's real problem lies in the danger of escalating the situation, not only on two fronts, but on more than three fronts, as it is currently engaged in a conflict with Moscow and Beijing, as well as with Iran over the nuclear issue.

According to the writer; Bloomberg wrote in 2022 that the main opponents of the United States are not allies in the traditional sense of the word, but if they get along, they will become a superpower whose strength exceeds American military capabilities.

Over the past years, North Korea has conducted tests on dozens of increasingly powerful missiles that can carry nuclear warheads.

In exchange, the United States provided the submarine to South Korea, ostensibly to help it deal with the nuclear threat posed by North Korea.

Before its deployment, there were threats of retaliation from authorities in Pyongyang, who had warned the United States that sending nuclear weapons to the peninsula could lead to a nuclear crisis.

US officials say that China, unlike North Korea, refrained throughout the year of the war in Ukraine from providing material aid to Russia.

President Joe Biden assured China's leader Xi Jinping that any such move would have far-reaching consequences.

According to the "New York Times", there is no doubt that China's entry into the war in this way would transform the nature of the conflict into a historic conflict involving all three major superpowers in the world and their partners from the opposing parties: Russia, China, Iran and North Korea allied against the United States and Ukraine and their European allies and partners, and Asians including Japan and South Korea.
