SANA'A September 27. 2023 (Saba) - The Revolution Leader Sayyed. Abdul-Malik Badr al-Din al-Houthi, extended his congratulations and blessings to the Yemeni people and the entire Islamic nation, on the occasion of the anniversary of the Prophet’s birthday, calling on the Yemeni people to be a large and honorable presence in the squares to celebrate this great occasion.
The Leader of the Revolution indicated in his speech Tuesday evening that the Yemeni people are interacting with this occasion in a way that befits its level of importance, greatness, majesty, and value, as it is one of the most important, honorable, and greatest occasions, and because it is a station rich in lessons and lessons that the nation needs.
He said, "This occasion connects us with our greatest symbol, which is the Messenger of God, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him and his family, Islam, and the Holy Qur’an. It strengthens this affiliation and connection, benefits us a lot from awareness and purity of souls, and increases positive energy in our resolve, steadfastness, integrity, and practical launch."
He added, "We hope that our people's presence tomorrow will be as large as in previous years. We have actually seen the extent of joy, and happiness that people show, and their interaction in many ways with this occasion, and this expresses faith and sincere love for the Messenger of God."
Sayyed. Abdul Malik Badr Al-Din Al-Houthi pointed out that the Yemeni people are moving practically on the principle of following the Messenger of God, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him and his family, and adhering to the Holy Qur’an and authentic faith affiliation. They are the people about whom the Messenger of God said, “Faith is Yemeni and wisdom is Yemeni.”
He pointed out the importance of taking advantage of this occasion to consolidate awareness, connection, and faith relationship with the Messenger, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him and his family, and the Holy Qur’an... indicating that this interaction and response strengthens the hope of this people that they are qualified to present the distinguished model in their faith affiliation and loyalty to the Messenger of God, by presenting evidence from His practical reality, commitment, positions, morals and values are in accordance with the words of the Messenger of God (faith and wisdom are Yemeni).
He stressed that Muslims are in dire need of strengthening their connection and close connection with the Messenger and the Qur’an, as they face the great danger of subordination to the enemies of Islam. Pointing out that the Jewish-Zionist lobby movement, and its arms, America, Israel, and some European regimes, are tending to contain Muslims and penetrate them in everything to the point of interfering in school curricula, as is happening in many Arab and Islamic countries, including the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, which has opened the way even to delete Qur’anic verses that Jews resent, and to amend and change many concepts in this context.
The leader of the revolution stated that the danger facing the Islamic world is not new, but it is getting worse with time in order to change many concepts, ideas, beliefs and cultures. This is a very serious issue, because it opens the way for enemies to control the nation culturally and intellectually, and if human culture and thought are controlled, this is more dangerous than control of his land.
He stressed that if a nation loses its faith and principles, it loses everything and its enemies are able to completely control it, and this is one of the most important means that enemies rely on to control the nation through what is called soft war at the cultural, intellectual, and media levels, customs and traditions, the economic situation, and others.. Pointing out that if the nation wants to be cohesive and regain its freedom, independence and leadership role in the world, it must tend to consolidate this affiliation in what links it to the Messenger and the Holy Qur’an.
He stated that talking about these topics does not appeal to some who do not realize the extent of its importance due to excessive ignorance or psychological defeat and despair that plague them... indicating that the nation does not need to throw itself into the arms of America and other Western countries in order to protect itself or achieve progress as is the case in some countries, because the danger to Muslims is from America.
He pointed out that the problem of many intellectual thinkers, and even more so politicians, is the wrong view towards the Holy Qur’an and the Messenger, which made the relationship at a limited level and limited to the rituals of worship with a narrow view and not in accordance with the correct vision that the Holy Qur’an and the Messenger, may God bless him and grant him peace, spoke about.
The leader of the revolution stated that the anniversary of the Prophet’s birthday is an important occasion to reconsider and evaluate the relationship with the Messenger and the Holy Qur’an in all matters of life, and it is an important starting point for correcting the situation and reforming reality.. He said, “We, in the official and popular direction, hope that this will be something that helps to improve souls, guide them, purify them, and improve reality.” Because this is what is necessary to achieve change, which must start from the souls.”
He continued, "Tomorrow we will be on a date to talk about the first stage of radical change, which was necessary from the beginning after the victory of the September 21 Revolution, where radical change was necessary, but we were busy confronting the comprehensive aggression that targeted our country in everything."
He pointed out that the scale of the aggression is known, and does not need clarification because the Yemeni people suffered from this aggression in every way, including killing, comprehensive destruction, a stifling siege, and the quest to control the entire country, but he failed to complete his operations, which he aspired to completely control the country. Stressing that the people's greatest priority was to confront the aggression after they almost lost their freedom, independence, and future and turned into an occupied country completely subject to external control.
Sayyed. Abdulmalik Badr al-Din al-Houthi explained that the issue of radical change is not a matter related to developments, a new necessity, or an urgent matter. The defect is old, and the citizen has been suffering for a long time and complaining about the routine and major defect in state institutions, which is something the people have known for a long time.
He stated that the imbalance goes deep, and there are many entrenched negative systems, laws, regulations, and concepts that have a significant negative impact on the performance of state institutions. He pointed out that many people view the position as a site for achieving personal gain, and there is no doubt that there are many officials who possess competence and integrity and the sincere intention to serve the people.
He said, "It is strange in the prevailing systems and laws that there is a complete absence of a criterion of competence, from the largest position to the smallest position in the state. Neither the constitution nor anything else requires qualifications or any criterion for competence, which opened the door for everyone who dared and according to certain considerations to reach a specific position and act as he wants."
The leader of the revolution stated that the citizen has always complained at the level of the judiciary because the laws and regulations help cases take a long path without result. The country’s laws and regulations help in this loss. Pointing out that the deprivation of services is an issue that citizens in all governorates complain about, and that national wealth was wasted and plundered over decades, and was not harnessed to serve this people who only heard promises from officials.
He mentioned that some party figures possessed enormous wealth that they enjoy today in the Emirates, Egypt, Turkey and others... pointing out that some officials of the previous era are today shedding crocodile tears over the Yemeni people. At the same time, they stand on the side of the aggression and contributed to the shedding of the blood of the people of the country and the destruction of its vital interests and the limited capabilities and services it possesses compared to the national wealth it possesses that has not been exploited to provide infrastructure in 25 years.
He pointed out that some want the government and official institutions to provide, in conditions of aggression, siege, and seizure of the country’s wealth, such as oil, gas, ports, and airports, what successive governments have not provided for decades, and this is an unfair standard.
He said, "We must evaluate the conditions of state institutions and the situation they are in of limited revenues and the pressure of aggression and siege. The cohesion of these institutions in the past years constituted an achievement in itself, and then strive towards recovery. However, the situation should not continue as it is, because there are imbalances in systems, laws, procedures, policies and everything.”
He stated that the view influenced by enemies comes in the context of the war on the Yemeni people and their state institutions, and it is a view that presents a dark negative perception as if there is no achievement, and those who hold this perception cannot acknowledge any achievement in the past period, even with the development of military capabilities, part of which the people saw in the military parade on the occasion of the September 21 Revolution.
He added, "The enemies have known the effectiveness of our military capabilities in their strikes on their vital and oil installations, and the arrival of missiles and drones deep into the UAE and Saudi Arabia, despite the presence of advanced systems to confront them, such as the American Patriot and others." This great achievement strengthens the hope of this people that there will be real change and actual reform of state institutions and change the reality and the situation into a constructive state,” indicating that there are those who are working to establish despair and frustration in the souls of the people.
The leader of the revolution stated that there was no economic structure for decades when all resources were available and were not invested to build a productive country. Rather, they turned it into an importing and consuming country, until it began importing everything, handicrafts were lost, and any path to developing production was disrupted, whether in the agricultural field or in another field.
He added, "Some come to pour salt on the wound and exploit the suffering of our dear people, and place all responsibility on state institutions at this stage, and present a vision of what they must accomplish, even if it is impossible."
He stressed that the Yemeni people can, with determination, will, and awareness, completely change their economic reality, transform into a productive country, change their economic policy, and remove from before them and their internal situation any laws, regulations, or officials who are inexperienced and incompetent or who work for the benefit of the enemy.
Mr. Abdul Malik Badr Al-Din Al-Houthi pointed out that radical change must be accompanied by a popular trend in order to change reality, as change requires comprehensive action from everyone and a change that begins from the souls... indicating that radical change does not mean judging all officials as failures and unworthy of responsibility.
He explained that there are officials who are honest, competent and sincere and have made great efforts at this stage and are ready to serve their country, but their problem is the regulations and laws that restrict them in addition to limited capabilities. He pointed out that there are effective and loyal cadres who served the country diligently in the various governorates. There are weak cadres, some of whom are exploitative and some of whom are hateful.
He said, "In the face of the drive for change, propaganda sometimes comes and sows fears. Some people come to talk about a danger to the republic, and this is the logic of the enemies that we have always clarified and talked about, and we said that what concerns us is establishing truth and justice and achieving good for this country."
He added, "We do not have any problem with the republic. We want it to be a republic that embodies the authentic faith affiliation of our people, fulfills the hopes and aspirations of our people for freedom, independence, and decent living, and embodies their faith affiliation." He stressed that the enemies want the Yemeni people to become without identity or affiliation, which is a means of controlling them. After he becomes disintegrated, he has nothing to hold together and nothing to be proud of.
The leader of the revolution pointed out that the Yemeni people have a unique level of deep faith affiliation and have a long history of this affiliation and adherence to Islam. He said, “Our talk about faith identity is a talk about what is a matter of pride for our people and at the same time a responsibility to preserve and pass on to the generations of our country. As for faith identity is a system of principles, values and morals that were rooted in the reality of our people until some of them turned into inherited customs and traditions.”
He stressed that the Yemeni people are among the people in the world who preserve their morals and faith values, and this is evident in the extent of their interaction with the occasion of the anniversary of the Prophet’s birthday.
He stated that reforming state institutions requires someone who possesses values, fears God, works with honesty and integrity, is ashamed to be involved in treason and fraud, and possesses principles and values that protect him from descending into bad behavior in exploiting his position for personal gain at the expense of justice, truth, and goodness for his people. Therefore, no matter what Some people were upset about this, so their dissatisfaction was worthless.
He stated that the principles of faith identity are liberating, fundamental, and rooted, and the Yemeni people refuse to be without an identity or to be enslaved by anyone, nor do they accept slavery to anyone other than God, no matter how the enemies and their agents try.
He said: “In the context of talking about change, there will remain attention to many priorities, foremost of which is seeking to end the aggression, siege and occupation by all legitimate means, and if the negotiations do not succeed in achieving everything that is right for our people, they have the right to use all legitimate means to end the aggression, siege and occupation and restoring national cohesion and achieving complete independence and freedom."
The leader of the revolution stressed that improving the economic and living conditions of the people will remain a priority, in addition to seeking to transform the country into a producer as it has become at the military level. He said: “Today our country produces the most prominent military means, from the pistol to the missile, so how can it not produce the rest of the things?”
He explained that it is a priority to seek to adopt a policy of developing resources and revenues instead of relying on revenues without resources, which causes citizen fatigue.
The leader of the revolution revealed that the change will be accompanied by addressing some of the problems and negatives that increase the suffering of the people... indicating that the path of change is expected to be fought by the enemies and their trumpets, so the people should not pay attention to them, and they must realize that they seek to fight them in everything.
He added: "We will be on time, God willing, in tomorrow's speech to announce the first stage of radical change, and we hope that our dear people will have a broad public presence and participate in the central activities of the great and blessed occasion, the anniversary of the Prophet's birthday."
