[20/ November/2023]
SANA'A November 20. 2023 (Saba)-Parliament blessed the qualitative operation carried out by the Yemeni armed forces in the Red Sea, which led to the capture of a ship belonging to the Israeli enemy, after issuing previous warnings targeting the ships of the Zionist entity, which work on its behalf.

In a statement, a copy of which was received by the Yemeni News Agency (Saba), the parliament praised the success of this qualitative operation, which demonstrated the ability of the naval forces and coast guard to carry out national tasks in protecting the Yemeni coasts ,territorial waters ,supporting the Palestinians and their valiant resistance in confronting the American-Zionist aggression.

The statement stressed that these operations come out of a sense of religious, national , moral responsibility and within the framework of the Revolution Leader directives and in fulfillment of the sincere pledge to support the noble Al-Aqsa Flood , the Palestinian cause, and to respond to what civilians are exposed to in Gaza Strip in terms of aggression, massacres , genocidal crimes, and in response to the demands of the Yemeni people and free peoples. Which took place in the capital, Sana'a, the free Yemeni provinces, and most countries of the world.

Parliament was surprised by the shameful silence of the Arab and Islamic countries regarding the war crimes committed by the cowardly Zionist enemy by targeting mosques, schools, hospitals and demolishing houses on the heads of their residents.

It asks about the feelings of the countries affected by these heinous criminal acts, reaffirming the right of the Palestinians and their resistance to confront the American Zionist aggression and the right of Arabs and Muslims to support the Palestinians and their valiant resistance until their legitimate rights are restored and the Arab lands are cleansed of the filth of the Zionist occupation.

The statement stressed Yemen's right to protect its sovereignty and territorial waters, calling on the international community to respect the sovereignty, freedom and independence of peoples.

It called on the parliament to reconsider the lack of enforcement of international, humanitarian and moral law by international institutions concerned with protecting human rights, stressing the need to hold Zionist gangs accountable for the war crimes and horrific massacres they commit against Palestinian civilians in Gaza Strip and to stop the policy of double standards.
