BAGHDAD December 10. 2023 (Saba) - Leader of the Iraqi Fatah Alliance Raad al-Tamimi has accused the United States side of seeking to exterminate two million Palestinian citizens after voting to end the ceasefire resolution in Gaza by using its veto power.
Al-Tamimi said in an interview with the Iraqi “Al-Ma’louma” Agency “the United States once again shows its hypocrisy and double standards for human rights in line with its agenda and providing diplomatic protection to the Zionist enemy entity by using its veto power to thwart a UN resolution to stop the war on Gaza after more than two months.” It caused the death and injury of more than 60,000 civilians, including 70 percent of children and women.”
He added that “The United States veto is a green light for the Zionist entity to kill two million Palestinians in Gaza, which are condemnable war crimes, stressing that “Washington is the one seeking to fuel the bloodshed and displace the Palestinian people in another catastrophe before the world.”
Al-Tamimi pointed out that "what the United States is doing is dangerous and threatens stability in the Middle East, stressing that it has supported the Zionist entity with more than 12 thousand tons of weapons and that it has contributed to committing thousands of massacres against families in Gaza and other Palestinian cities."
