General Al-Madani: Any escalation in Gaza will be offset by an escalation in Red Sea
[18/ December/2023]
SANA’A December 18. 2023 (Saba) - The Commander of the Fifth Military Zone, Major General Yusuf al-Madani, confirmed that any escalation in Gaza would be offset by an escalation in the Red Sea, and any de-escalation in Gaza would be seen as a lull in the Red Sea.

In an interview with Radio 21 September, General al-Madani noted that the Red Sea Front is part of the Palestine Front, and Yemen is an integral part of the Battle of Palestine. "Any foreign country will turn between us and Palestine, we will face it with God's help," he said.

He added, "We are concerned with increasing preparedness to confront any threats that may arise, as the enemy is lurking in Yemen and seeking to react after being insulted."

The Commander of the Fifth Military Zone explained that the Israeli vessel "Galaxy Leader" was controlled thanks to God in extremely complex conditions and 120 kilometres from the Yemeni coast. The operation was carried out and the enemy is in a cautious position, and the American is heavily present in the Red Sea and close to the ship.

The operation's special force had undergone extensive training for two years to carry out similar operations.
