TEHRAN February 11. 2024 (Saba) - Iranian President Ebrahim Raisi called on Sunday to expel the Zionist entity from the United Nations and prevent it from continuing its heinous crimes against the Palestinians by cutting off their vital arteries.
Raisi said in his speech on the 45th anniversary of the victory of the Islamic Revolution in Azadi Square in Tehran, “We propose to expel the Zionist entity from the United Nations, because it does not respect international resolutions , laws, and to prevent it from continuing its crimes against the Palestinians by cutting off all economic relations and dealings with it.”
He added, "What is happening in Gaza today is a crime against humanity, and the defenders of these criminals are the American regime and some Western countries."
Raisi accused the Zionist entity of “violating 400 international resolutions, laws, and conventions” concluded within the framework of “international organizations,” and considered that “the war crimes and massacres that occur in Gaza reveal the Zionist entity and Western countries for their true colors.”
He pointed out, "We received many messages asking us to stop supporting Palestine, but we continue and our demand is to liberate Al-Quds and support Palestine."
He also pointed out that the complex war launched by Iran's enemies to stop the progress of the Iranians has failed, and he said that Iran today is independent and it decides its fate, neither the East nor the West decides for it, and it continues to do so.
He also referred to Iran's policies, saying, "Our policy is fixed, neither Eastern nor Western. No one dictates to us what we do. We are the ones with the power, ability, and decision-making."
