Enemy army says horror of war in Gaza caused “tsunami of mental disorders” for thousands of our soldiers
[12/ February/2024]
GAZA February 12. 2024 (Saba) - The Zionist enemy army has said that thousands of its regular and reserve soldiers suffer from various mental disorders in their participation in the Gaza war.

Maj. Gen. Reserve in the enemy army Eyal Ben Reuven said “When intense fighting began in the residential area of the Gaza Strip and because of the nature of this war and its length, it was clear to me that we were heading towards a tsunami of regular and reserve soldiers who would suffer from various mental disorders. There are thousands of these soldiers. The intensity of the war in Gaza and in the north is also terrible, every day there are very difficult pictures, especially in Gaza, and all of this is the result of this very long war.”

Reuven called on soldiers who suffer or will suffer from psychological and mental disorders to enroll in a psychological care program lasting for two to three months.

The Zionist Walla website reported a week ago that the army was forced to discharge up to 250 soldiers who participated in the war on Gaza from service.

The site says that 76% of the soldiers returned to the battlefield after initial treatment in the field, but “the condition of nearly 1,000 of them has not improved yet and they needed further rehabilitation,” whether by the soldiers or by mental health officers attached to the units and present constantly near the battle fronts.
