I seek refuge in Allah from Shaytan, the outcast.
In the name of Allah, the Compassionate, the Merciful.
Praise is to Allah, Lord of the Worlds. I believe that there is no god but Allah, the Sovereign and the Manifest Truth, and that Muhammad, our master, is His servant, Messenger, and Last Prophet.
O Allah, confer Your salat and blessings upon Muhammad and the Family of Muhammad as You conferred Your salat and blessings upon Ibrahim and the Family of Ibrahim. You are Owner of Praise, Owner of Glory! And be pleased with Muhammad's good companions and all Your righteous servants and mujahidin.
Brothers and sisters, peace be upon you and the mercy of Allah and His blessings.
May Allah (Glory be to Him) accept our fasting, nights of worship, and good deeds.
This speech is concerned with the weekly developments in the savage, criminal, and brutal Israeli aggression against the Palestinian people in Gaza. We are in the sixth month, the twenty-third consecutive week, and on the one hundred and sixtieth day, and the Israeli enemy continues its criminal aggression on the Gaza Strip, committing the most heinous crimes, including the crime of genocide in every sense of the word, in addition to daily attacks against the Palestinian people in the West Bank and Al-Quds.
The number of martyrs and missing persons has reached more than thirty-nine thousand, and the number of wounded exceeds seventy-three thousand. In the West Bank, there are four hundred and thirty-two martyrs and four thousand seven hundred injured, while the number of those kidnapped in the West Bank has reached seven thousand five hundred and sixty-five.
These are not just numbers that fall on people's ears, but they are human lives being extinguished and violated. They are the wounds and suffering of a people being annihilated and subjected to comprehensive targeting of life with all criminality, brutality, and aggression. And these staggering numbers (where the majority of martyrs are children and women, and the majority of the wounded are also children and women) are a disgrace to a world claiming civilization and boasting about rights and a scandal for the so-called international community.
The humanitarian, religious, and moral responsibility is significant, primarily on Muslims before others, for they are supposed to take serious and effective action to support the Palestinian people and prevent the continuation of Zionist criminality, which perpetrates genocide with all means, including killing. The number of mass massacres has reached two thousand eight hundred and forty massacres, averaging nine massacres every twenty-four hours. This is in addition to the targeted killings of the Palestinian people on roads, streets, schools, refugee camps, and everywhere else, not to mention the immense suffering of Palestinian prisoners and detainees in Israeli enemy prisons, where they are targeted and murdered. The Israeli enemy kills some in cold blood and executes them; others are tortured to death; and others are subjected to the violation of their human dignity through rape and all forms of torture against them.
As for the Israeli enemy's attempt to exterminate the Palestinian people in Gaza through siege and starvation, the tragedy has reached a catastrophic level, and thousands of Gaza residents cannot find a meal to break their fast. There is a striking statement from the Emergency Committee in the Municipality of Gaza, stating, 'People will fall martyrs among us due to thirst.'
The immense suffering from starvation and blockade has led to daily deaths from hunger, with the majority of these deaths being children. Also, the Israeli enemy targets civilians and murders them while they gather to receive aid or rare and scarce meals, which occasionally reach them in some trucks that enter in rare situations, or meals dropped from aircraft, which is an American drama that undermines the dignity of the Palestinian people. They are also targeted by the Israeli enemy through bombardment, tanks, snipers, and gunfire, with the intent to kill them while they gather in a state of extreme hunger and suffering: They want to obtain food for themselves and their children, and yet they are being targeted and murdered.
It also targets them with cold-blooded execution crimes in their own homes, such as the crime of executing the elderly Palestinian while he was in his bed, and footage has circulated showing Zionist soldiers exchanging congratulations and boasting about their crime of killing an elderly man in his bed, even though he was unarmed. They boast about having killed him and congratulate the one who carried out that crime, as he proudly boasts about killing him with four shots.
The criminal details of the Israeli enemy's practices against the Palestinian people in Gaza are numerous, affecting all aspects of life. The oppression of the Palestinian people is unparalleled, and the Israeli enemy, which carries out what is referred to as the ‘crime of the century’ (which is a true description and is the crime of the century in every sense of the word) commits this crime. America and Western countries, along with some Arabs, participate in this crime. The other contribution is the inaction and negligence by Muslims, with the Arabs at the forefront, except for a few.
America increases its contribution and participation in the continuation of the Israeli criminality and aggression against the Palestinian people in Gaza by preventing it from ceasing the aggression, insisting on its continuation, maintaining the blockade, and engaging in evasive efforts that it seeks to be a means of assisting the continuation of the aggression and the blockade. Indeed, the legitimate, normal, clear entitlement is to cease the aggression, halt the crimes of genocide, end the blockade, and open the land passages for the entry of aid, food, and medicine to the Palestinian people in Gaza. This is the correct and normal position and the rightful entitlement of the Palestinian people. However, the Americans insist on the continuation of the crimes of genocide and aggression, the continuation of the blockade and starvation, and preventing the opening of land passages for aid entry, and they do not want additional maritime passages to be established because there is no substitute for opening the land passages. Actually, there is no justification for their closure or for preventing aid from entering through them. Nevertheless, the Americans attempt to deal deceptively: They have not completely opened land passages, allowed continuous entry of trucks that carry food and medicine to the people in Gaza, or added real maritime ports or passages through which the essential needs of the Palestinian people can flow, supplementing the land passages. They talk about a floating seaport through which—under their supervision and control—only a minimal amount of food aid would get in.
The Americans have diverted the attention from providing food and medicine that suffice the Palestinian people in the Strip to other alternatives that offer very little, which does not even prevent deaths from starvation, nor does it meet the needs, not even a small portion of the needs. In other words, it is a minuscule percentage. They drop from planes a small number of meals equivalent to less than four trucks, which could easily come through land passages. Through this, they seek to deceive public opinion, to distract Muslim peoples in the Arab world and elsewhere, and to continue their criminality. These alternatives they provide are not a solution. Indeed, they are not a solution, for they do not cover the needs of the Palestinian people in Gaza, nor do they provide a considerable amount of food and medicine to the Palestinian people. On the contrary, what is provided is rare and very limited, which prolongs the tragedy with its large magnitude in every sense of the word and leads to the continuation of hunger and deaths from starvation, as well as the lack of medicine. The tragedy remains as it is. Pictures show that aid is being provided and that food is reaching the people, either through airdrops or floating seaports, but this is just shown in pictures. However, in fact and reality, hunger is ongoing. The prevailing and common situation is one of hunger, severe suffering, and food scarcity for the majority of the population, and child deaths from hunger continue. Therefore, this deceit is considered part of the aggression.
These dishonest American methods (which the Americans want to be an alternative to the rightful entitlement of the Palestinian people, proper solutions, and correct measures) are in themselves part of the aggression against the Palestinian people, part of the continuity of aggression, and part of their insistence on perpetuating the tragedy suffered by the Palestinian people. The Americans insist on committing crimes and persist in causing starvation and in preventing the entry of food through the passages. They even use the boxes they drop in limited quantities from aircraft to kill the Palestinian people and to attempt to sow discord among them. They also attempt to provide extremely limited aid through which they obstruct the arrival of genuine assistance sufficient for the Palestinian people and undermine the dignity of the Palestinian people.
In the face of this immense scale of criminality, widespread destruction, and bombardment with massive numbers of tons of bombs and explosives supplied by America to kill the people of Gaza and annihilate the children, women, and residents of Gaza, there is (on the other hand) a continued steadfastness and firmness among the mujahidin in Gaza and the Palestinian people as a whole. There is a tremendous steadfastness in every sense of the word, along with unparalleled patience, firmness, and cohesion, despite the magnitude of the extreme suffering they endure.
The mujahidin in the Gaza Strip, from the Al-Qassam Brigades, Al-Quds Brigades, and other Palestinian factions, continue to engage in combat on various fronts: in Khan Yunis, the central area of the Strip, and other battle zones. They surprise the enemy with ambushes and target them with various weapons that are usually available to them, such as mortars, drones, and snipers. They continuously target armoured and military vehicles and even surprise the enemy by employing new, additional tactics, and they adapt to the extremely challenging circumstances.
We witness this steadfastness of the mujahidin in Gaza, this courage, this effectiveness, and this impact on the enemy to the extent that the enemy fails and greatly struggles to gain complete control, eliminate the mujahidin, and win the battle against them. However, with the extremely difficult circumstances and the extremely limited resources they have—why is that?
It is because when we look at the reality of Muslims and the level of support they provide to the Palestinian Resistance, [a question arises,] which of the fifty countries provides weapons to the Palestinian Resistance in Gaza? On a state level, the only unique case is the Islamic Republic of Iran, which provides weapons to the Palestinian Resistance in Gaza. Why? Why haven't the rest of the countries supported the Palestinian Resistance with weapons while it is fighting in the cause of Allah, defending its people, its land, its legitimate right, and defending the entire Ummah? It [the Palestinian Resistance] is on the front lines, fighting a battle for the entire Ummah and its sanctities, first and foremost the Al-Aqsa Mosque. Why? It has become as if it were shameful for anyone to talk about that and as if no one should ever provide weapons and capabilities to the Palestinian Resistance to help it continue the fight?
As for the Israeli enemy, America and the Western countries do not hesitate to provide it with the deadliest and latest types of weapons to kill children, to kill women, and to kill the Palestinian people in Gaza, without distinguishing between combatants or non-combatants, in mass killings, comprehensive destruction, genocide, and occupation and in support of an unjust cause. The Israeli enemy does not have a just cause; it is an occupier, a usurper, a criminal, and a murderer. Despite its occupation, criminality, tyranny, injustice in all its forms, and the practice of all kinds of crimes, they openly support it, provide it with all types of weapons very generously and with great interest, and push it to continue killing children and women. Moreover, they support it politically, financially, in the media, and directly with weapons. They provide it with bombs, shells, and various types of weapons—in spite of its possession of a huge arsenal of weapons, weapon factories, and more, yet they support it.
As for Muslims, the matter does not stop at this level in terms of their immensely significant negligence toward the Palestinian Resistance and the mujahidin in Palestine in not officially supporting them financially or providing support with weapons and other resources. In fact, they [the mujahidin in Palestine] are subject to insults and defamation and have been enlisted as terrorists by some Arab regimes. Until now, some Arab countries have not changed their position after previously listing them as terrorists. This is how far they have gone! This means there is criminalization of their Jihad, defamation of their Jihad, distortion of their Jihad, mistreatment of them, and prevention of donations to support them, which exist in some Arab countries. There are unsolved cases of arrests or some detainees who were arrested in the past due to supporting them. This same goes even for humanitarian support. This is regarding the steadfastness of the mujahidin.
If Muslims were to seriously turn towards supporting the mujahidin in Palestine, providing them with sufficient support, even at the minimum level of their essential requirements, the battle would be completely different. Therefore, negligence in this regard is significant, and there is a great responsibility that significantly leaves no excuse for Muslims in neglecting this matter.
With the steadfastness of the mujahidin in Palestine, there is also the steadfastness of the people in the Gaza Strip. The Gaza community remains steadfast, firm, and patient though enduring this suffering that is unprecedented in any other place in the world. Two million displaced Palestinians live in the harshest conditions:
Despite all of this, they remain steadfast and firm, and their position in embracing the Resistance and the mujahidin has not changed. They continue to support the mujahidin and the Resistance. Their position towards the deadly, criminal, and occupying enemy has not changed, and this is natural, reflecting their humanity, values, morals, awareness, and insight.
They attempted to use the provision of very minimal aid [with their controlling on the Stripe]—the Americans and the Israelis tried to use the delivery of extremely limited aid or meals through pro-Israeli agents to solidify the occupation's control over the Stripe, the control of the Israeli enemy over the Stripe, and to sideline the role of the Gaza government, which is the official entity responsible for aid distribution. However, they failed. The position of the tribal leaders and the tribes themselves in Gaza was honourable. We salute them with reverence, appreciation, and respect for their awareness of the enemy's conspiracy in this sensitive and dangerous issue. The enemy attempts to exploit the magnitude of suffering and the hunger that reaches lethal levels to blackmail and subject them to their enemy and those proxies who serve it. In doing so, they try to sideline the proper, natural, official role of the Gaza government in aid distribution or supervision. Their awareness of this is crucial, and it is part of their patience, resilience, and steadfastness.
Therefore, as much as there is criminality and aggression done by the enemy, there is also great resilience displayed by the mujahidin in Gaza, from various factions who are fighting in Gaza, as well as by the people and the families of Gaza and the Palestinian people. There is indeed a continuous failure of the Israeli enemy, a failure that magnifies in proportion to its criminality and the magnitude of the Palestinians' steadfastness.
The Israeli enemy has not benefited from the magnitude of its horrific and brutal criminality nor the level of American support, participation, and contribution. It has been unable to break the will of the Palestinian people in Gaza, neither the mujahidin nor the rest of the population. Everyone has shown this level of resilience and steadfastness. Until today, despite nearly half a year of such atrocities, destruction, aggression, starvation, and siege, the Israeli enemy has failed to achieve its declared goals. Has it managed to retrieve its captives? It only kills them. Has it succeeded in dismantling the mujahidin and ending their resilience, resistance, and jihad? It has been unable to do so. Has it achieved its goal of displacing the Palestinian people from the Stripe? The Palestinian people remain steadfast in the Gaza Strip, despite the enemy's attempts to create an uninhabitable reality, destroying all aspects of life, even uprooting farms and targeting them with phosphorus, attempting to render the soil unsuitable for farming. Despite all the criminality and the scale of aggression, the enemy is a failure and a loser. Its defeat is evident, and the promising signs of victory are clear for the Palestinian people.
Nonetheless, it tries to present its tremendous and horrific criminality as an achievement, a military achievement. It is not an achievement and does not represent any victory at all. Rather, in addition to experiencing continuous failure and defeat, it also suffers from an extremely high cost for its aggression including massive economic losses that continue to escalate, posing a real problem for it and leading to internal issues that are evident and affecting the psychological and morale state that has reached the level of collapse among hundreds of thousands of the enemies. They now suffer from significant psychological trauma, widespread psychological disorders, and clear evasion of recruitment. The evasion of recruitment has become a problem that the enemy faces among its prominent issues. It experiences a state of failure and bears a high cost for its aggression. Yet, its persistence primarily stems from the American involvement and participation, as well as the unfortunate inaction by Muslims towards the Palestinian people.
Here we emphasize the magnitude of responsibility for Muslims, in all the Islamic countries, as their inaction is part of their contribution to the making of this tragedy, alongside the audacity of the Americans and the Israelis to persist [in such practices].
Unfortunately, at the official level whether at the level of governments, regimes, or institutions, such as the Organization of Islamic Cooperation or the Arab League, as well as at the general level for governments and regimes, the official entities in the Islamic world, including governments, organizations, and leaders, have not taken a serious practical position to support the Palestinian people, not even minimally. As we have said in all the previous speeches, this did not go beyond mere statements, statements, statements, nothing more! This is an extremely regrettable and very serious state and reflects terrible negligence because there are no economic steps, no real steps at the political and diplomatic level. There are no measures taken to exercise pressure on the Americans or the Israeli enemy. This is very unfortunate: The stance of many rulers and leaders in the Islamic world, whether Arabs or others, has fallen short of the stance of some non-Islamic countries in Latin America or elsewhere. This is really unfortunate.
We must all realize that the Israeli enemy, with all its brutality, criminality, aggression, tyranny, and savagery, is an enemy of all Muslims. The same level of hostility manifested in its crimes and aggressive practices against the Palestinian people is held against Muslims in general. Indeed, it is an enemy of the entire Ummah. The same American brutality that we witnessed against the Palestinian people, against their children, against their women, is an inherent brutality in the Americans' policies, vision, strategy, and orientations against our Islamic Ummah as a whole. Therefore, the battle there concerns us all. What we see from the Americans and the Israelis poses a danger to the entire Ummah. Allah (the Almighty) has clearly identified in the Holy Quran those who are the enemies of the Ummah, clarifying their enmity and hatred towards this Ummah. Therefore, despite the fact that the Holy Quran revealed fourteen hundred years ago that aggressive spirit, brutality, and criminal impulse, Muslims have ignored that, unfortunately! They did not take that seriously to prevent the Israeli enemy from reaching the level it has reached today (in terms of capabilities, power, and occupation in Palestine) that enables it to have this level of capabilities and means to commit genocide and inflict great harm on the Palestinian people, who are part of this Ummah.
The Israeli enemies, with their aggression and brutality, are a continuation of the path that deviates from the message of Allah (the Almighty), and their ancestors were the killers of Allah's prophets. They possess hearts as hard as stones, or even harder, and have no human emotions, nor do they have any moral or religious values. Their soldiers boast about killing an unarmed, elderly, sick person lying on his bed. They take pride in such actions and flaunt them. Is there any situation in human reality like this, where such acts are openly committed and circulated through videos?!
Their politicians and leaders praise a soldier for killing and executing a child in cold blood with a gunfire! They applaud such an action and consider it an achievement! They are savage and criminal, and the Holy Quran has exposed their aggression, their criminality, the hardness of their hearts, and their dangerous nature, making it clear that they pose a threat to the entire Ummah, as their orientations and policies are all aggressive and endanger the Ummah. Therefore, Muslims have a responsibility to confront them, taking into consideration that they are enemies and pose a danger to human society in general and to Muslims in particular and that Muslims have a religious and faith-based responsibility towards the Palestinian people, who are part of them, and towards the sanctities in Palestine, especially the Noble Al-Aqsa Mosque. It is also a moral, religious, and faith-based responsibility to confront tyranny, criminality, oppression, and arrogance and to stand against the followers of Shaytan. It is the Zionist Jews who act as the followers of Shyatan and his soldiers who practice devilish, criminal, corrupt acts on the earth. So where is the responsibility of Jihad for the sake of Allah? Why does the Islamic Ummah abandon this responsibility and neglect it? Why has the Ummah abandoned the banner of Jihad and ignored it? If Muslims do not carry the banner of Jihad for the sake of Allah to confront the Israeli enemy in its aggression, criminality, brutality, corruption, tyranny, and occupation, then who is the one they intend to confront? When will they carry this banner? When will they take an honourable position? Do they have any regard for their sanctities, their faith-based and moral responsibilities, their national security, and their interests? The Israeli enemy is an enemy to them in both their religion and worldly affairs, posing a real threat to them in all aspects and in their genuine interests!
We are in the blessed month of Ramadan, which nurtures us with Taqwa to make us more mindful of Allah and our responsibility, to strengthen our determination and willpower, and to teach us patience. It is the month in which we return to the Quran more than any other month, reciting the book of Allah and His verses. Do not the verses of Allah remind us of our responsibility? Aren't there more than five hundred verses in the Holy Quran that urge us to carry out Jihad in the cause of Allah? And against whom? Against the likes of the criminality, tyranny, arrogance, and corruption that we witness from the Israeli enemy. Or is it that Arabs only activate this notion to provoke internal discord within their own reality? It is only then they talk about Jihad and about taking action and use decisive measures and strong headlines and expressions. But when it comes to the right direction, where all of that should be fully implemented, it completely disappears!
In the month of Ramadan, we must be more conscious of our responsibility and awaken our consciences from their slumber. We need to realize our responsibility before Allah, the Almighty. While we experience hunger and thirst during fasting, we should all remember as Muslims in all Islamic countries the suffering of the Palestinian people in Gaza, not only from hunger but also from thirst. Our human and faith-based emotions should come alive within us, and our consciences should awaken to this reality. We should realize that we have a great responsibility, a religious responsibility for which we will be held accountable on the Day of Resurrection: to support the Palestinian people.
It is Allah (the Almighty) Who says to us in the Holy Quran, {'And what is [the matter] with you that you fight not in the cause of Allah and [for] the oppressed among men, women, and children?'}[An-Nisa 4:75]. What is the matter with you, O Arabs? What is the matter with you, O Muslims? Why have you not taken action? Forget about the level of combat, but at the very least, why have you not taken practical, political, economic, and tangible steps or sought to make your voice heard and make sincere efforts to provide food and medicine to the Palestinian people in Gaza? There has been a lack of support even at this basic level!
It is indeed a disgrace for Muslims, a disgrace for Arabs in the first place, a disgrace for those countries neighboring Palestine, that the Americans come with deceitful methods and other inhumane motives and present themselves as if they were providing meals, even few meals, while some have the ability to open land corridors and allow trucks loaded with food to enter or to take strong and serious action.
Allah (Glory be to Him) addresses us in the Holy Quran, saying, {'Mobilize, light or heavy, and strive with your wealth and yourselves in the way of Allah. That is better for you, if you only knew'}[At-Tawbah 9:41]. When will the Ummah mobilize and act?! What do you want the situation in the Gaza Strip to reach?! To what extent should the plight of the oppressed Palestinian people in Gaza become? Do they want more than these extremely tragic scenes?! Do they want the level of oppression to exceed that?! When will they act?! The test is great and dangerous!
This stage serves as a test for every Muslim, every people, every country, and every state in the Islamic world, in the Arab homeland, and elsewhere: Allah (Glory be to Him) said in the Holy Quran, {'Do you think that you will be left [as you are] while Allah has not yet made evident those among you who strive [for His cause] and do not take other than Allah, His Messenger, and the believers as intimates?'}[At-Tawbah 9:16].{'Do you think that you will be left...?'}—you are facing a test. Where is your position? Where is your contribution? Where is your serious effort? It is a very significant responsibility for which everyone will be held accountable on the Day of Resurrection: {'And We will surely test you until We make evident those mujahidin [who strive for the cause of Allah] among you and those who are patient, and We will test your affairs'}[Muhammad 47:31].
During the month of fasting, it is important for everyone to reflect on himself and his actions and to evaluate his position. What is the magnitude of this position? Many have not adopted any position. They did not take any position at any level. In other words, some have not reached the level of boycotting American and Israeli goods, and there has been no official position or decisive decision from Arabian and Islamic countries regarding this matter; there is no action even at the minimum level. Certain regimes and countries have boycotted some Arabian or Islamic countries for trivial disputes with them, but when it comes to such an issue and injustice, we do not see any action.
As Muslims, we must realize that we have a responsibility before Allah (Glory be to Him) to have a position towards what is happening to the Palestinian people and not to only watch and ignore what is happening. It is incumbent upon each individual to seek to keep himself sin-free. This is a significant issue. Moreover, it is extremely dangerous for a person when gathered on the Day of Resurrection to be considered complicit in that oppression, criminality, and tyranny and considered a participant and a contributor with the Israeli enemy for enabling it to do what is doing and committing these crimes against the people of Gaza. This is a very serious issue, and we must understand that there are punishments in this world as consequences for that. The shameful position and continuous neglect from most Arab and Islamic regimes regarding the tragedy and injustice faced by the Palestinian people and regarding the genocidal crimes committed by the Israeli enemy have consequences and lead to punishments. As for those who have been unmindful of Allah and instead focused on appeasing America, they need to realize that the consequences are severe, that divine intervention encompasses various unpredictable changes, and that things can happen: things that were not anticipated or expected by many people who have assumed that they had calculated their actions to be safe from risks and challenges—the reality is not as they have calculated.
As for the ongoing support fronts, especially the front of Lebanon, which is engaged in continuous combat with the Israeli enemy and deals severe blow to it on a daily basis, and the Yemeni front, our armed forces, our dear people, and our country officially and popularly continue (With the help of Allah, the Almighty) their battle (the Battle of the Promised Victory and the Holy Jihad) in support of the Palestinian people. The military operations continue with rocket attacks and operations targeting those ships linked to the Israeli enemy, as well as those ships linked to America or Britain due to their involvement in the aggression against our country in support of the Israeli enemy. The operations continue, and the targeting is ongoing with high effectiveness, by the grace of Allah, the Almighty.
In these operations, we have sacrificed martyrs, and we have approximately thirty-four martyrs, not to mention the wounded, even though these operations primarily rely on missile attacks, drone strikes, and naval operations. However, we consider every martyr we have sacrificed in the path of Allah a source of pride and honour. We are proud to sacrifice martyrs in this holy battle and this honourable position in which our people carry the banner of Jihad for the sake of Allah (the Almighty).
The number of the support operations this week has reached twelve operations targeting ships and warships. They were carried out using a total of fifty-eight ballistic and cruise missiles and drones. These operations took place in the Red Sea, the Arabian Sea, and the Gulf of Aden, and this time they reached unprecedented distances, with three operations reaching the Indian Ocean, by the grace of Allah. The total number of targeted ships and warships has reached seventy-three. This is at the level of military operations, which are ongoing, escalating, and having a great impact. Thanks to Allah, their results and effects are evident.
As for the popular activities, at the forefront of which are the marches, demonstrations, and the million-man demonstrations last Friday, on the 27th of Sha'ban—these demonstrations were held in 146 squares in various provinces. As for the popular assemblies and other activities, and events, their numbers are extremely vast, and there isn't enough time to discuss them in detail.
As for the stubbornness of America and its insistence on continuing aggression and blockade on Gaza, as well as its continued protection of Zionist crimes, instead of realizing the right step and the right position by stopping the aggression on Gaza and lifting the blockade on the Palestinian people in Gaza, it has turned to aggression against our country and carried out airstrikes. It continues to do so, ignoring the voice of reason, logic, humanity, and conscience, which calls for an end to the aggression on Gaza and the delivery of food and medicine to the people of Gaza. Instead, it directs its aggression towards our country with continuous bombardment. This week, it executed a number of operations, including airstrikes and naval bombardments, totaling thirty-two operations. However, these operations are futile as usual, having no impact on the missile and drone capabilities or the effective operations that are carried out against them and keep hindering ships affiliated with the Israeli enemy.
This week, we reiterate, as in previous weeks, that the stubbornness of America and Britain and their continuation of aggression against our country—which aims at supporting the Israeli enemy and perpetrating its criminality against the people of Gaza—will not halt our operations, diminish our capabilities, or impact the course of our operations that keep escalating in terms of range, momentum, precision, and strength.
Our operations will continue as long as the aggression and blockade on Gaza continue. Nothing can make us stop our operations except for putting an end to the aggression and blockade on Gaza. It is not within the right of America whatsoever to stubbornly insist on continuing the Zionist criminality against the Palestinian people in Gaza, starving them, and depriving them of food and medicine. This stubbornness it sticks to in escalating the aggression, instead of taking the right position, only results in one outcome: the expansion of conflict, the widening of the circle of war and events, and the escalation of tensions in the region as a whole.
Therefore, by Allah's grace, we are seriously committed to this direction, driven by a sense of responsibility before Allah and fully convinced that we are engaged in a sacred battle and taking a just position and that we support a just cause that encompasses all humanitarian, moral, and religious considerations: This has to do with supporting the oppressed Palestinian people who are subjected to genocide in Gaze and facing elimination through starvation and blockade. This direction we are seriously committed to, our conviction, is that we should continue effectively and expand the scope of our operations, reaching areas and locations that the enemy never expected. There is no need to say that our primary objective in this is to prevent ships affiliated with the Israeli enemy from passing through the Arabian Sea, the Red Sea, and the Gulf of Aden. But, by the grace of Allah, and with His support, we aim to prevent their passage even across the Indian Ocean and from South Africa towards the Cape of Good Hope. This significant and progressive step is one that we have begun to execute in our operations.
America and Britain have no choice but to stop their aggression against Gaza and end the use of starvation against people in Gaza. The cover and support the Americans continue to fully provide for the Israeli enemy to continue starving the Palestinian people in Gaza and those tragic scenes we see for children starving to death, will not be tolerated by us. We will not stand idly by in the face of such practices. Our human conscience, religion, morals, dignity, and affiliation to Islam prohibit us from turning a blind eye or remaining silent about any of that.
Therefore, we are continuously developing our capabilities and escalating our position in terms of its range, effectiveness, and impact. Hence, we declare the prohibition of ships affiliated with the Israeli enemy from crossing even the Indian Ocean, in the direction adjacent to South Africa, towards the Israeli enemy. The blockade on Gaza must be lifted; the starvation of its people must cease, and the tragic plight of children dying of hunger in Gaza must be stopped. It is an extremely grave tragedy that should not be ignored. Our position is continuously escalating, and by the grace of Allah, our capabilities are continuously advancing. Even if America takes any actions or considers any measures, it will not be able to stop us from supporting the Palestinian people in Gaza. As long as the aggression, blockade, and starvation continue, we will remain steadfast in our position, continuing and carrying on with our position at all levels.
Therefore, the popular momentum must remain parallel to this level and position on the military operations targeting the Israeli enemy. The weekly million-man demonstrations should continue. We are in the month of fasting, the month of Taqwa, the month of Jihad, the month of the Day of Criterion, the blessed month in which we commemorate the great Battle of Badr, which Allah named as the Day of Criterion. It is the blessed month in which we also remember the greatest conquest (the conquest of Makkah) in the history of Islam and the Jihad of the Messenger of Allah (PBUH&F).
In the blessed month of Ramadan, specifically in the second year of the Prophet's migration, Prophet Muhammad (PBUH&F) and the Muslims faced the challenge of confrontation with the front of polytheism and the oppressive tyrant of that time. At the time, the Muslims faced difficult circumstances and were few in number and with limited resources. In those circumstances, it was rallied on Allah (the Almighty) and then the faith, loyalty, determination, bravery, and steadfastness of the mujahidin and the Ansar. Near the Red Sea and at the site of Badr, the Messenger of Allah (PBUH&F) consulted with his companions from the Muhajireen (migrants) and Ansar. Among the Muhajireen, a prominent stance was taken by one of the mujahidin from Yemen named Al-Miqdad ibn Al-Aswad: He said, 'O Messenger of Allah, we will not say to you what the Children of Israel said to Musa: "Go, you and your Lord, and fight. We are sitting here." Rather, we will say, "Go, you and your Lord, and fight. We are with you as fighters."' Among the Ansar, Sa'd ibn 'Ubadah expressed himself and the stance of the Ansar, saying to the Messenger of Allah (PBUH&F), 'By the One in whose hand is my soul, if you command us to plunge into the sea, we will surely do so. And if you command us to move forward with our horses till we reach Al-Ghamad, we will surely do so.' After this, the Messenger of Allah (PBUH&F) urged the people to go to battle, and they set out.
Our dear people (O descendants of the Ansar, O Yemen of faith), I call you with the call of Allah in His blessed verses that you recite and hear in this holy month, with the call of the Quran, with the call of Islam, the call of the Al-Aqsa Mosque and the cries, pains, and hunger of the Palestinian people in Gaza. I call upon you to participate in the honourable million-man demonstration tomorrow afternoon in Sana'a and other provinces, according to the established arrangements and procedures. It is expected that you, on tomorrow's day, will remind the world of the stance of Al-Miqdad and the stance of Sa'd ibn Mu'adh in the great Battle of Badr.
The battle is still ongoing. It is inconsistent with religion, loyalty, bravery, manhood, and honour not to raise the flags, turn out to fill the rallying squares, and pay attention to the tragedy of the Palestinian people. You, our dear people, are the people of valor, loyalty, and bravery. You are the embodiment of faith and the people of steadfastness. Today, you are the hope of the oppressed and the victims of injustice. Let your participation be a reflection of the hope placed in you and a manifestation of your commitment to these noble values and faith.
We ask Allah (the Almighty) to hasten relief and victory for the oppressed Palestinian people.
O Allah, have mercy on our virtuous martyrs, heal the wounded among us, set free our captives, and grant us victory. You are All-Hearing!
Peace be upon you and the mercy of Allah and His blessings.
