Ministry of Tourism Undersecretary inspects Sana'a City Entertainment Park in Al-Thawra Park Complex

SANA'A April 13. 2024 (Saba) - The Undersecretary of the Ministry of Tourism for the Tourism Facilities Sector, Fahd Nizar, inspected the Sana'a City Entertainment Park in Al-Thawra Park complex in the capital secretariat.

Undersecretary Nizar, accompanied by the Director of Al-Thawra Directorate, Aqeel Al-Saqqaf, and the Deputy Director of Parks in the Capital Secretariat, Wadah Manser, listened to an explanation from the directors of Sana’a City Entertainment Park, Muhammad Abdullah Majli, and Majli Yahya Majli, about the large turnout by visitors, and the equipment made by the administration.The park is part of its preparations for the Eid holiday, and its programs for Eid activities, as well as increasing the area of green areas, ensuring the reception of large numbers of visitors and providing them with an appropriate and safe atmosphere.

He stressed the need to continue regular maintenance , rehabilitation of all parks , gardens and improve the services provided to visitors throughout the year, pointing out the importance of adhering to security and safety procedures in all tourist facilities and improving the services provided to their visitors.

Undersecretary Nizar praised the efforts being made to improve services, strengthen the principle of partnership between relevant parties related to tourism work, and strive to provide an atmosphere of joy for citizens at the municipality and province levels.

While the Director of the Directorate, Al-Saqqaf, stressed the importance of redoubling everyone’s efforts to improve the level of services , enhance security and safety measures, pointing to the amount of demand witnessed by gardens and public parks at the level of the Directorate and the Secretariat.

He drew attention to the technical aspects, cleaning, maintenance and lighting to receive visitors for the Eid holiday. He stressed the need for those in charge of tourist facilities to adhere to security and safety measures and develop the level of services provided.

Directorate, Al-Saqqaf called for preserving property, trees, gardens and breathing spaces and not throwing waste on green spaces and sidewalks.
