SANA'A April 18, 2024 (Saba) - Sana'a Governor Abdul Basit Al-Hadi inspected today the progress of work in the Johana district.
During his visit to the government complex in the directorate, he was briefed on the performance of a number of executive offices, urging them to redouble efforts and ensure the provision of basic services to citizens, in a way that alleviates their suffering.
Governor Al-Hadi, along with the Director of the Directorate, Saleh Ma'id, and the Acting Executive Unit, Engineer Sami Al-Turabi, were briefed on a number of service projects and community initiatives being implemented in the Directorate.
Governor Al-Hadi was briefed on the maintenance work of a number of ferries, the backfilling and survey of the "Bashar" road, as well as the rainwater harvesting caravan in the area "Bashar Dam".
The governor of Sana'a directed the concerned authorities to work on expanding the dam, planting trees in its surroundings, and paying attention to its periodic maintenance.
He stressed the keenness of the leadership of the local authority to maintain the implementation of service and development projects, in order to ensure the success of the development plan for the governorate, praising the role of citizens in contributing to the implementation of community initiatives for the benefit of them and their society.
