TULKARM April 19, 2024 (Saba) - Three Zionist soldiers were injured today, Friday, during an exchange of fire with Palestinian resistance fighters in “Nour Shams” camp, east of Tulkarm.

The Zionist enemy army spokesman said, "Three soldiers were injured to varying degrees as a result of shrapnel during an exchange of fire with gunmen during an occupation army operation in Nour al-Shams refugee camp."

According to the Palestinian Information Center, this came as the enemy army continued for the second day to storm a number of homes and carry out arrest operations in Nour Shams camp, in what it called a “large-scale military operation.”

Armed clashes broke out between the resistance fighters and enemy forces, amid intense flight of enemy drones in the airspace of the camp and the city, while the resistance detonated a number of explosive devices on enemy vehicles.

For its part, Al-Qassam Brigades in Tulkarm announced that its resistance fighters continued to confront the Zionist enemy army with explosive devices and heroic clashes during its storming of the Nour Shams camp.

Enemy forces have been escalating their incursions and arrest campaigns in the West Bank since the beginning of “Tufan Al-Aqsa” battle on the 7th of last October, in an attempt to stop the resistance actions that come in response to the ongoing Zionist aggression, in conjunction with a widespread and devastating aggression against the Gaza Strip for the 196th day in a sequence, which led to the death and injury of tens of thousands of Palestinians, most of them women and children.
