TULKARM April 21. 2024 (Saba) - Thousands of Palestinians have mourned the bodies of 13 martyrs who were martyred in the Zionist aggression against Nour Shams camp, eastern Tulkarm in the occupied West Bank.
According to the Palestinian News Agency (Wafa), the funeral procession started from the Martyr Thabet Thabet Governmental Hospital, amid loud chants of takbirs and angry national chants, denouncing the crimes of the enemy and demanding that it be held accountable for its ongoing massacres against the Palestinian people.
The mourners roamed the streets of the city towards the camp, and stopped by the homes of the martyrs in the camp to pay their respects, and then pray over their pure bodies in Al-Awda Park, before they were buried in the camp cemetery.
In their speeches, the mourners denounced the enemy’s crimes and massacres against the safe Palestinian people in the Martyrs’ Camp, which wrote the most wonderful epics of steadfastness and heroism, stressing the continuation of the struggle towards the path to freedom.
The comprehensive strike took place in the city of Tulkarm and its camps, villages and towns, in response to the call of the Palestinian forces and the Fatah movement, to mourn the souls of the martyrs.
On Sunday afternoon, Palestinian crowds mourned the body of the child Qais Fathi Nasrallah,16, who was martyred during the aggression against Nour Shams camp, which lasted for more than 50 continuous hours, and resulted in the martyrdom of 14 young men.
