MOSCOW April 25. 2024 (Saba) -The Russian Defense Ministry announced the elimination of 1,000 Ukrainian military personnel and the downing of 200 drones and missiles launched by Kiev forces on various axes in the last 24 hours.
Russia Today quoted the ministry as saying in its daily statement on the progress of the special military operation in Ukraine, that the Russian "West" forces strengthened their positions in the vicinity of Stelmakhovka in the Republic of Lugansk, Golushkovka in the Kharkov region, Torskoy and the Serebrensky forests in the Donetsk Republic, and the enemy lost 30 military, and Western cannons, weapons, 3 Vampire, Grad and HIMARS platforms were destroyed.
The "South" forces also improved their positions along the front line and repelled a counterattack in the area of the village of Krasnoye in the Donetsk Republic, with enemy losses amounting to 500 soldiers, Western guns, 5 Nota, Enclave and Bukovel AD stations, and two ammunition depots.
According to the statement, the "center" forces improved their positions in Donetsk, repelling seven attacks and inflicting 350 soldiers on the enemy, Western guns and vehicles.
The "East" forces also reinforced their positions in the Zaporozhye region and the Donetsk Republic, with enemy losses amounting to 90 soldiers, personnel carriers, vehicles and western guns.
The statement stressed that the forces of "Dnieper" inflicted major losses in the ranks of the Ukrainian army in the Zaporozhye and Dnepropetrovsk regions, and the town of Mikhailovka in the Kherson region, and inflicted the enemy 30 military, vehicles and cannons, and gatherings of Kiev forces and mercenaries were destroyed, and 200 Ukrainian marches were dropped.
