HAGUE May 11. 2024 (Saba) - The International Court of Justice announced that South Africa has submitted an urgent request for additional emergency measures in the genocide case against the Zionist entity.
South Africa said the proceedings ordered by the International Court of Justice were not commensurate with the changing circumstances in Gaza.
The International Court of Justice also announced that Libya had applied to join the case filed by South Africa against the Zionist entity, for committing genocide crimes in the Gaza Strip.
South Africa submitted a request to the International Court of Justice at the end of last December to start proceedings against the Zionist entity for carrying out acts of genocide against the Palestinian people in the Gaza Strip, the International Court announced.
The court ordered measures to prevent genocide in Gaza at the end of January.
