Iranian Interior Minister Ahmad Vahidi said in an interview about the Iranian president's helicopter accident in East Azerbaijan province: Today we witnessed the opening of the Qizkala Si dam in the presence of the President of Azerbaijan, after which the president and his accompanying delegation were on the way back by several helicopters, and one of the helicopters had to make a difficult emergency landing due to bad weather conditions and the situation in the region.

Rescue teams have been sent to the area, but due to fog in the area, it may take some time to reach the helicopter.

"We have communicated with the president's escorts, but because the area is complicated, some communications are difficult and we are waiting for rescue teams to arrive at the scene of the accident and the helicopter to land and provide us with information.

The relief and rescue organization of the Iranian Red Crescent announced the dispatch of Red Crescent drones to the site of the president's helicopter accident.
