GAZA May 20. 2024 (Saba) - The Islamic Jihad Movement in Palestine denounced the statements of the Prosecutor of the International Criminal Court who indicted the leaders of the Palestinian resistance, considering it an attempt to confiscate the right of the Palestinian people to resist occupation and aggression.
The movement said in a statement on Monday: “Directing the condemnation of the enemy leaders is a small and late step in the right direction. We denounce the indictment of the leaders of the Palestinian resistance, and we consider it an attempt to confiscate the right of our people to resist occupation and aggression.”
The statement added: “After 76 years of crimes against humanity and war crimes against our people, the Prosecutor of the International Criminal Court contented himself with asking the court’s panel of judges to issue arrest warrants against two war criminals in the occupying state, Benjamin Netanyahu and his Minister of War, Yoav Galant, ignoring the hundreds.” War criminals, enemy leaders, politicians and military personnel, whose crimes have been broadcast in audio and video since October 7th until today.”
