SANA'A May 21. 2024 (Saba) - Parliament Speaker Yahya al-Rai' on Tuesday extended his congratulations to revolution leader Sayyed Abdulmalik al-Houthi and President of the Supreme Political Council Mahdi al-Mashat through a telegram.
