Summer courses in Amran... Flame that illuminates students

AMRAN May 29. 2024 (Saba) -The summer courses and activities are about to end after a qualitative success in accommodating hundreds of thousands of students in summer schools in the capital, Sana’a, and the governorates, to increase the culture of the Holy Qur’an and correct false religious.

Amran governorate, like other governorates of the Republic, hosted 85,172 male and female students, including 47,432 male and 33,230 female students from all directorates.

The summer courses in Amran this year witnessed a wide demand by students and young people to enlighten their minds with its pedagogical, educational, religious and cultural programs and its scientific, sports and development activities aimed at developing the capabilities and talents of students and encouraging them to create, excel and innovate and hone their skills in various fields.

The Revolutionary Leadership, the Supreme Political Council, and the leadership of the governorate were interested in supporting the summer courses based on the responsibility placed on them to raise a rising generation armed with science, knowledge, insight, and the jihadist spirit.

As an embodiment of interest in courses and activities at the official and community levels, official and community visits continued to summer schools, to learn about their various activities and programs and learn about the difficulties they face.

The efforts of the governorate leadership and those in charge of the summer courses culminated in parents sending their children to summer schools, to develop their awareness of its importance and its role in fortifying children and preparing them culturally, religiously, spiritually and physically through distinctive and diverse activities that enhance their skills and abilities in various fields.

The summer courses for the year 1445 AH are distinguished by providing those enrolled with linguistic skills, developing the spirit of general culture through competitions, and training them in charitable programs and works.

The summer course programs varied, including developing skills and innovations and raising awareness and insight in the hearts of young people during the summer vacation to protect them from loss.

Amran governor, Dr. Faisal Jaman, stressed the importance of summer courses for boys and girls to create and promote a sound and correct religious culture.

He stated that paying attention to young people is a top priority, teaching them to memorize the Holy Qur’an and strengthening national belonging in their souls.

Governor Jaman urged all male and female students to benefit from the contents, vocabulary and sciences of these courses, programs and activities in the educational, cultural, sports and other fields.

The governorate’s mobilization official, Sajjad Hamza, pointed out that those in charge of the summer schools are making tremendous efforts and working with high morale in implementing scientific, cognitive, cultural, skillful, sports, and agricultural programs and activities, in a way that contributes to building a generation armed with knowledge, awareness, and insight.

He stated that the sciences students receive from their correct sources contribute to their Quranic education and develop their scientific, cultural, and intellectual abilities.

Hamza pointed out the importance of summer courses in protecting young people from the soft war waged by global Zionism against the Islamic nation.

He noted the keenness of the leader of the revolution, al-Sayyed Abdul-Malik Badr al-Din al-Houthi to protect generations from wrong ideas.

In turn, the director of the governorate’s Education Office, Zaid Rattas, praised the efforts of those in charge of the summer schools in educating young people, providing them with knowledge and skills in various activities, developing their creative abilities, and developing their awareness.

This year's summer courses witnessed widespread demand and momentum in Amran governorate after students and their parents noticed the diversity of activities and their inclusion of religious, cultural, scientific, sports, agricultural and recreational aspects.
